I never understood the continual need to differentiate between skin colors.

This mod is called Big Dick Problem, not Big White Dick Problem. So I don't understand what a problem it is that the Black version of a mod created by another modder gives you so much trouble.

Does the icon of a white penis make you angry? It's just pixels.

No, actually the only thing that bothers you is the custom emotes the mod gave BBCs. That's all.

Whether the sim that has the trait is white, black, or yellow doesn't matter to you. Only icons that you can't read because they're compressed by the interface worry you.

the issue is that most people before you were asking this to be back and actually was questioning the decision. The icon will be gray. In fact I already have versions of them but I’m not satisfied with them. I prefer something fitting the game like WW does, so I might change them completely.

the thing is that the whole BBC thing in that mod wasn’t about representation at all. It uses to have a ton of racism features, like being blacked, wanting to get only big black cock so it reduce black men to sexual object regarding their penises.

And dicks doesn’t have a race. It’s weird to differentiate a dick color as a trait and it fall to what racism is. There’s no need to differentiate a dick by its color. Now if people are adding those traits only on black, white, brown, grey, aliens or whatever it’s their choice. The mod doesn’t force you to add the traits on sims you don’t want. But it’s also my choice to not want to support racism, or things that I don’t want to.

Tbh I shouldn’t even have to justify it.

also it bloats unnecessarily the mod adding twice the same thing over and over. It doesn’t make sense even for development.

A aucun moment, j'ai dit que je voulais voir apparaître une version Black de ton mod. j'ai dit que ce mod était universel du fait que tu n'as pas précisé la couleur de peau dans le titre, et qu'il peut donc s'appliquer à n'importe quel sim quelque soit sa couleur de peau. J'ai 14 sims mâle Black sur ma partie, et le fait qu'ils ont ton mod font qu'ils ont donc tous indirectement une BBC. Maintenant, tous les mâles blanc sur ma partie et qui ont le trait ont une BWC.

Quand au message d'erreur, il est apparu dans mes fichiers de jeu après avoir installé ton mod. Donc j'ai pas cherché à comprendre parce que je ne suis pas développeur mais lorsque je lis "sirsleepy_bdp", il ne faut pas avoir fait maternelle supérieur pour comprendre qu'il y a un truc qui cloche avec ce mod.

Maintenant que ça t'intéresse ou pas, c'est pas mon problème. j'ai copie le message d'erreur et je le colle. Bizarrement, quand je fais ça pour WW, Turbodriver me remercie, mais toi tu me cries dessus....

Cependant, le concept de racisme existe en France. Le mod n'ajoute pas de BBC ou de BWC. Juste des grosses bites. La manière dont tu as rédigé le message en anglais est très irrespectueux, donc à quoi tu t'attendais ? Que je te lance des fleurs grand sourire et te remercie ? Non lol

Ce message n'affecte pas ton jeu puisque c'est un message d'erreur concernant une annonce du mod au lancement du jeu qui ne fonctionne pas pour le moment. C'est une erreur de script pas de tuning donc ça n'affecte en rien le jeu (sinon tu aurais eu des messages d'erreur en jeu directement). C'est censé être une façon de catch des erreurs comme le fait les mods MCC et WW, ainsi qu'afficher la version du mod sous forme de popup au démarrage. Mais vu que le script n'est pas terminé ça ne fonctionne pas, mais ça n'affecte en rien ton jeu.

La manière dont le message est rédigé en anglais : tu as dit "il y a des choses plus important dans la vie : tiens ce code d'erreur" ça fait genre tu viens pour me dire ce qui est important dans ma vie.

"Non, c'est pas parce que tu..., c'est plutôt parce que tu..." fait que tu tentes de décider ce que moi je pense. Pourtant on est libre de penser ce que l'on veut.

Je pense pas que tu fais la même chose pour turbo, tu lui envoie un message d'erreur et lui demande ce qui ne va pas, non ? Tu ne lui rédige pas qlqch du style "il y a des choses plus importants dans la vie, comme fixer ton mod qui bug, thx". Auquel cas, je pense pas qu'il va trouver ça cool non plus.

De plus, je ne suis pas américain. Effectivement la traduction google n'a pas été en ta faveur.

Yeah so this view is fine and I understand it as well. Also to re-clarify, you're not being asked to support it, at least not by me anyway.

My response was plainly that while some people use it for that specific reason, like a fetish or for developing a racist sim world for example, others and myself just don't.
The idea that people may of used the mod or BBD for those reasons isn't ignored or rejected. People and also myself accept some could have used it for those reasons, I just wouldn't generalise everyone and anyone using it or selecting BBD solely for those reasons and those reasons only, as it might not be accurate for all.

I wasn't aware though that there was a 'blacked' feature tbh. I'm not even fully sure how that works or performs. I have seen things like 'first big d' or an 'ouch' type of moment appear before in regards to the mod, but not a 'blacked' feature. I did have major technical issues though with my game for a while where a range of my mods just weren't fully loading or working properly, so I assume that's why I'm not aware of it. I'm currently fixing an issue like that with NisaK and WW as its conflicting with different mods I have.

Overall though I understand your view.

After the last patch, I updated whicked whims, nisas, mccc and basemental drugs and this mod won't work. I deleted, re-downloaded and it still isn't working. So I will most likely spend the rest of the afternoon trying to figure it out

I'm in the process of slowly revisiting and finalizing my 200 odd sims. Have to say that I've missed the BDP mod so much: for me, it just adds such an important layer of depth to the personalities and characters of my world, be it having a big dick, liking one, or having a small dick too!

Thank you so much @Khlas for picking this up, fixing and improving it.

There’s still some tests I have to do regarding dna genetics, but I am working for wickedwhims features atm so I will probably just update BDP this month for the upcoming game update if there’s incompatibilities, but wouldn’t be able to add new features yet due to a lot of side projects I have to finish. I could try to add the refined new big dick energy buff tho in that update when sims with a big dick have sex.

I do not support you, nor do I judge you, but I will recommend something to you. You're arguing with people who install sex-related mods not because they see sex the same way you do. Rather, for the most part they are people who have all kinds of fantasies and fetishes closely linked to porn. They do not see sex as something exciting, or cute, but as something merely carnal. Your perspective, on the other hand, is totally different, and you're even against it, but it doesn't make much sense, since you're trying to express a thought within a community of sick people. The people here made a thousand complaints when they found out that young people could no longer have sex, neither with them nor with adults. That's what you're up against, and it's not going to end. If you really like this MOD, and if you really want to support it, then go ahead and keep doing it. But if you're going to stop and try to reason with people who are possibly in favor of rape, you'll probably end up giving it up like other creators. Good luck in your decision.

The thing is, I am not coming to others thread mods about rape/bestiality, racism or whatever and complain there. Loverslab tolerate such content ; however I am free to not tolerate it for things that I create.

What I am asking, is that people have to accept my choice and stop asking for things or writing an essay there when they know it's not going to happen.

I am on this forum since 2012, I know how people can be sick around there, but it doesn't means that what they are writing around shouldn't have any consequences whatsoever.
