Searinglich Posted November 18, 2011 Posted November 18, 2011 Let's see.... Today on my psychotic high elf, Killed a woman near winterhold because she asked me about the weather Beat an old man to death(twice), because he looked at me funny Assassinated and looted a beggar for no apparent reason... ...Good times  Also, you can find an amulet of mara by talking to maramal in Riften, or you can purchase one in the rainment shop in Solitude.
Tregarin Posted November 18, 2011 Posted November 18, 2011 Killed a bride at her wedding, took the wedding dress off the corpse, sneaked away while wearing it. Â Of course, now I'm just completely tempted to do all my assassination quests wearing it... I'll be a pretty Princess of Death.
Ryanhabs Posted November 18, 2011 Posted November 18, 2011 I am starting my day today with 72.3 hours of play in and about 11 more quests in my quest log. My goal for Yin is to clear out all these old quests and fill her book up with new ones. Â I also would like to complete all the bards college stuff, (she joined yesterday). Â Wouldn't mind knocking out the last 6 achievements she has to get yet also. Some are as mundane as cooking and chopping wood, others will include hanging around the towns people picking pockets , and then of course ... carry a 1000 septim bounty in each hold should be the showstopper, as I planned a murderous masterpiece for this very one.
littleman Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 Battled a blood dragon in the college of winterhold, then had to go save winterhold from floating orbs, just to have a second blood dragon arrive to make the fight uber epic!
afro-herbalist Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 I bumped into a gang of b*stard Thalmor "justicars", who wiped the floor with me and my companion about 7 times until I finally cut the buggers up. I also just helped a warewolf hunt some hunters and got some arrows stuck in hip and they wont go away...
chukkake Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 Today, my Nord got tired of being discriminated against. Naturally, the only thing to do is walk into a camp of Orc warriors and punch out their leader like a manly man. One of the orcs wasn't happy with the turnout, so they lit the sexy Nord on fire, which only made him sexier tbh. Apparently the gods got jealous too, since his horse randomly got stuck by lightning, but his horse is almost as bamf as his rider and didn't give a fuck. Â Then they went to fight giants naked, because that's the only manly way to cap off your day. Â Â
Ryanhabs Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 Yin finally got around to doing the 5 thieves quests in each city to being the guild back from poverty. Then upon completing the master destruction spell quest she decided to test out the lightning storm spell on random things to see what happens... from chickens and horses to guards and dragons, they all seem to just electrically burn in to a pile of ash. There was quite a mess in good ole Markarth today.
marrow12 Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 Finished the Dark brotherhood questline..as usual I find the brotherhood's story to be leagues better than the main story, not saying the main story is bad but, damn, some of those assassination contracts actually made me feel really bad inside, especially the wedding assassination, I'm pretty torn up about Astrid's and Festus's fate as well, I really liked their characters... oh and I got blown off a mountain by a dragon priest.
Mouse Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 Found my way to the Blackreach and it is truly amazing place.
Kashked Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 Finished the main quest, asskickings were handed out freely. It still bothers me though that some of the Draugr I had to fight to get to him was harder to kill than the main baddy...
Loveryus Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 I uninstalled it. x-D It just cost me to much time and right now I don't have that and need sleep.
Tregarin Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 Did the civil war questline... crashed at every single fucking battle to take a fucking fort... and BSOD when taking Solitude. 8 hours on it so far and I still haven't finished it.
afro-herbalist Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 I uninstalled it. x-D It just cost me to much time and right now I don't have that and need sleep. Â Addiction is a SERIOUS thing. We have clinics for that, but they aint part of the NHS, so nobody can afford it. Skyrim clinics lol. I think what we REALLY need though is WOW clinics. I've seen the heroin like effects it has on some people, and I pretty much lost a close mate, and another mates brother to its embrace! He never wanted to do ANYTHING ever again, so we just stopped talking to eachother in the end. Kinda sad really. I remember him being all excited about getting married. Then he told me it was in a game, and I was just lost for words... They should ban those kinda games, and legalize ganja, although lastnight, by the time I stopped playing Skyrim, I noticed it was about 5am. Scary, but I cant uninstall it cos I'm already WAY too addicted.
ogre3000 Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 Got back to skyrim....and finaly found that stupid amulet of Mara...droped from a draught:D:P...managed to find Namiras quest ...did it and becamed her champion(got a nice ring)freaked me out though  There WERE CANNIBALS!!!   Need just 1 or 2 more daedra lord quest to find...and theyre all done  Should i make a list?
Tregarin Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 Just woke up in a Temple after a drinking competition... and the priestess is seriously pissed at me! WTF did I do and where is my staff??
polluxval Posted November 21, 2011 Author Posted November 21, 2011 i meet sanguine in person. its like a little version of merhunes dagon.
Presto Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 Ran into a bug where enemies started falling out of the ceiling in front of me and they weren't there only moments before when I checked with a detect life spell. Didn't bother me very much, just scared the crap out of me when a falmar falls out of the sky and is on top of you while you're sneaking. Â I also just came across the "wolf" part of the game and I was surprised how blatant it was and how easy to access it is. Really thought it would've been a random encounter or a daedra quest. Â Tonight I'm off to find someone to marry me. Haven't decided if I want a companion to fight with me or one to set up shop and sell things from our home. Attraction really doesn't matter since most of the time you end up slapping a dragon helmet on them and can't see their face anyway (Skyrims equivalent of a paper bag). Slightly fearful though that my game is bugged since I've done the requirements to unlock the marriage option but I'm not seeing any options to do so yet even with the Amulet of Mara necklace equipped.
Loveryus Posted November 22, 2011 Posted November 22, 2011 Hahaha... In my case, I need the sleep, cause I work at an amazing company and always want to give a hundred percent, since they might hire me, if I do good. My life is cool right now even without Skyrim (or was before Skyrim). I can't efford to lose it and get depressed, tired and unhappy again. The perfect world in Skyrim has aspects of freedom that are denied in reality. I'll level up my real char. ;-) And maybe in 6 month I'll come back and find some awsome loversmods. Don't get lost in it and have fun! Â I uninstalled it. x-D It just cost me to much time and right now I don't have that and need sleep. Â Addiction is a SERIOUS thing. Kashked Posted November 22, 2011 Posted November 22, 2011 Just woke up in a Temple after a drinking competition... and the priestess is seriously pissed at me! WTF did I do and where is my staff?? Â Aside from the blatant "The Hangover"-reference... epic quest... And seriously the most useful reward I have recived in any quest so far. I keep it with me wherever I go.
Tregarin Posted November 22, 2011 Posted November 22, 2011 Just woke up in a Temple after a drinking competition... and the priestess is seriously pissed at me! WTF did I do and where is my staff?? Aside from the blatant "The Hangover"-reference... epic quest... Epic... and fucking hilarious... every single step it was "What the fuck did I do here?!?" And seriously the most useful reward I have recived in any quest so far. I keep it with me wherever I go. Yup... made it a lot easier to kill Alduin I have to say. Hell, all I did was use a Shout in the battle.
LordJerle Posted November 22, 2011 Posted November 22, 2011 I kicked Alduin in the Dragon Ballz, and he died like the bitch he is >.>
Tregarin Posted November 22, 2011 Posted November 22, 2011 Finally made a pure mage.... and now I'm battling the urge to burn EVERYTHING!!!
NightShade Posted November 22, 2011 Posted November 22, 2011 today, i met my second dragon. a random dragon. seeing as i was level 8 i had difficulty killing it solo so i ran. met an unfriendly giant and a mammoth where they too start chasing me. during intervals the giant delivered a good whacking to the dragon and killed it so i took my chance and ninja'd the soul and items with mammoth and the giant still trying to 1 hit KO me. ran on to road where a few random unlucky guards delayed the giant but not the mammoth. finally saw a path up the nearest mountain narrow enough to stop the mammoth. i was saved! at the expense of some unlucky souls. FT-ed my my outta there and stored my not-so-well earned scales and bones.
Presto Posted November 22, 2011 Posted November 22, 2011 Just scurried my way up to the top of the throat of the world while the pass was still blocked off by the freezing wind. Took forever but I got up there and found a few ore deposits and an enchanted pick axe that apparently raises my smithing ability (nice), although it doesn't say by how much.
SenReality Posted November 22, 2011 Posted November 22, 2011 Made a thief ... and seriously all I've been doing is picklocking places and stealing absolutely everything ... oh well, made about 12k gold, so I'm good, also got a boat load of ebony ignots and leather, so ... thinking of storing them up and grinding my smithing up, but first I'll probably go do some uh ... 'borrowing' with the thieves guild and get my epic nightingale armor.
