What's New in Version 1.1.0

Facial expression emotion effects are big improved

- Emotion effects (eyes/icons) don't come out of the head anymore and transparent and disappear and appear by facial expressions

 

- Detects facial expressions and automatically creates overlays on the head so some of emotion effects will be natural

- Change some emotion textures (Thanks to ap05)

- You can turn off elin npcs and player emotion effects in the SKSE\Plugins\MusTeraElinRaceController.yaml file

 

Improved compatiblility for vampire / vampire lord mod

- added compatible patch for vampire mod  : Sacrosanct 

Better Vampires and Sacrilege cannot be patched by SKSE plugin
so please select the option in RaceCompatibility for Skyrim Special Edition for that mod

- added compatible patch for vampire lord mod : Humanoid Vampire Lords / No More Ugly Vampire Lord 2 Revamped / No More Ugly Vampire Lord

SKSE plugin automatically patches these mods when detected

 

More customizable

- added 22 type of new eye colors

- added new one complexion face texture (Thanks to ap05)

- added new sliders

- Fixed strange shadows of normal version eyes of male elin

Having an issue with SkyrimVR. It CTD's on bethesda logo. All dependencies are there. Has anyone made it work with skyrimVR? Just trying to understand if it's an issue on my end or with this version of the mod. 
(No additional mods, only this + dependencies, tried on a clean SkyrimVR, still no luck. Using RaceMenu)

Will try out a new version on a fresh install to see if that helps.

Update: No luck on the new version either, can't figure out what I need to do to make it work. Having a link for an older version of this mod for vr users, like 0.99999h (as a temporary bandaid) would be great.

It needs a specific dll for it to work as it has been blacklisted (supposedly). You can find it here, as it was posted a number of pages back.

I recently got this mod, it boots up fine and I can create a character just fine. But whenever I try to load a save with the race I CDT. Any idea why that would be?

try making sure your scale of your race ESP is 1.0 rather than 0.7

You have to update the engine fix latest version

and don't forgot to install the part 2

Seems like one of the dll files was missing from the part 2. Once I got it in it all works, thanks for the heads up!!

Anyone else having trouble with making presets? for some reason the hair doesn't load when you load the preset and its only with elin race

What kind of modification did you make might I ask... I recently ran in to the same issue but the 1.0x vanilla scale isn't making animations/SL work. ??

Great stuffs! Just a suggestion:

 

currently the "N" phenome expression at 1.0 sends the tongue slightly out the mouth. would be great if there is an option to double the the length out at 1.0 and turning the angle of the tongue, allowing users to make an ahegao face

That is something I have noticed with presets in general, even if you have all the requirements, loading the preset still shows a variable number of items listed in the preset as not being there, even when they are.

V1.1.0 cannot select other mods hairstyles in the new game. Can be selected from V1.0.0 to V1.0.2. Once you return to the main menu and start a new game again, for some reason you can select it. Also, if you have created user presets in advance, you will be able to select other hairstyles without any problems even with V1.1.0.

If you start the game, load the save data, return to the main menu, and start a new game, the character voice will not play. Therefore, when starting a new game, do not load other save data after starting the game. If you want to start a new game with Elin, you have to select new game first.

These problems can be solved by devising here. However, I would be happy if it could be improved in the future. Thanks for the great mod.

I notice there is compatibility with Humanoid Vampire Lord now, so I tried it out, and it looks amazing ! and becoming vampire no longer mess up the head, wow !

 

One thing though, when transforming into VL with HVL installed, Elin Ear will detach from character model.

 

I guess you forgot to patch DLC1VampireBeastRace's Female Skeletal Model, so instead of [[ Actors\Tera Elin\skeletonbeast_female.nif ]], it was using [[ actors\Character\Character Assets Female\skeleton_female.nif ]]

Made a dirty .esl overwriting HNVDefaultRace.esp and that indeed fix the problem on my end, though this dirty edit probably messed up all non-elin VLs....

 

and a second problem related to previous.

HVL allows player to equip armor in VL form, but your patch somehow broke this function. More precisely, armor are equipped on character, but they are not displaying.

Reverting to previous TeraElin version, and I can confirm HVL itself was working correctly. 

...I dont know how to peek into dll tho.
 

and also, I tried to replicate the Werewolf bug encountered by yed22628565, but it worked fine and I wasnt able to replicate it.

Prior to the latest update, it did happen. Unknown if it still happens in the1.1 update.

i cant do it without skyrim crash on load
