I had a weird problem with alicia after completing the quest

 

 

Yesterday I tried all 3 endings, and with the ending where you place Ali's soul in the machine, leaving only Alicia.

Alicia dissapears at random, every time she would walk past the 2 ignored alarik's warriors in Whiterun she would dissapear.

When I fast traveled to dragonsreach she was there again and could walk to the city's entrance, but when I walked back, and Alicia passed the 2 warriors she dissapeard again.

She also dissapears at random outside a city.

I tested the same thing with Ali, but she doesn't dissapear.

And the human Alicia is not a follower anymore (not standard anyway) and didn't test it with her.

 

I reinstalled the mod, and now she doesn't dissapear anymore, but now I have to start the whole quest again

 

 

 

That too I will have to check... I didn't go very far in my testing of Alicia or Ali alone. I will have to take her for a ride in the countryside.

 

'Cured Alicia' is supposed to be a plain NPC. She has no reason to follow you once she is whole (and she has a life to rebuild anyway).

Hm...is there anyway to command Ali/Alicia/any other follower to attack you while you're on the wooden x or the torture rack or whatever?

 

Not that I know of.

This is something I can imagine should be tied to Zaz Animation Pack directly.

Im kinda confused about some things on this cuz im not real sure how things are supposed to work or if my game is just messed up. 

Alicia brings me a present.  they keep doing dialog like they are fighting but it never ends and alicia is just walking back and forth in fight stance about 10 feet away from the cage like she wants to kick her ass but cant get in the cage.  it doesnt seem to end.  not sure whats sposed to happen, could sl defeat be messing with this?  also the hp bar of the nameless woman is at the top of my screen and i cant talk to either of them.

This sounds like it is working alright.

 

You are supposed to open the cage and let Alicia lose on her new toy.

 

The key to the cage is hidden in Hjerim itself, not in the basement.

 

If you don't gave the key yet, you can kill the woman through the cafe with flames or arrows.

 

If you can open the cage, careful about not letting the woman out of the basement or you will be sorry

edit: ok i guess that wasnt part of the story.  i have 3 parts in my journal: make sanguine proud, get books from collectors and, find alicias birthplace.  no marker ever appeared for any of these and i guess the dialog about this stuff just plays once.  im kinda lost.  i got a book from the college that i think is related to this quest and i know i have to find books in the mueseums but i feel like ive searched every inch of markarth.  are there any hints in these missions that im missing, or just play once and over looked them?  basically im just trying to figure out where the hek her birthplace is and im not seeing any hints.

Getting the hint to go see a collector or museum doesn't necessarily means there is something to be found there

 

Books to find are there for background info. They do not trigger quest stages - only dialogues with Alicia and Ali do that.

One of the things I like about this change to Alicia (compared to her original version, which I also loved) is that you really have to decide if your character is Good or Evil, and how much so. Alicia was always best as a companion for characters willing to be in a hard S&M relationship, but that doesn't make someone Evil. Heck, you couldn't hurt her. 

But now she really is

guilty of torture and murder.

She gets more powerful as you abuse her, which gives your character a kind of seduction-into-evil experience you had in the Dark Brotherhood quests in Oblivion, but that you don't get in Skyrim. And when she

captures the Nameless Woman for you

, you have to face the fact that she isn't all talk about being Evil. She is Evil.

And you can't stop her from being Evil and keep her as your companion. It's give in to Evil and have the perfect immortal slut at your beck and call, or restore her soul, save the girl she was, and lose her forever.

And that is Awesome.

Lol, i dont think most of us that use girls for the main characters are pretending to be them.  with the stuff that goes on in these mods and skyrim, i would hate to think that the characters u are playing are a projected reflection of yourself.  If so i sure hope you dont have the creature animation pack.  EEWWW.

It's an RPG, the whole point is immersing yourself in the game world, given the wide amount of options to create a character(s) suited to you. While I'm sure some people do project themselves into the game, its not necessary to create a character you will enjoy roleplaying. However given the mods that are on LL, lets face it. If you are playing a girl, you're gonna be a total slut (and you like it). But we are on loverslab.com, this isn't exactly a site for normal people by any stretch of the imagination, and I love all you weirdos. I thought everyone would of picked up on the sarcasm using words like queersexual and the exclamation point.

 

The only way I could see someone playing as a girl and not "projecting themselves"/roleplaying as them is doing short stints of gameplay to test out scenarios were you are some kind of observer controlling the main character in a 3rd person perspective. Which I have done, that probably makes me some kind of closeted homosexual or something I bet, maybe I'll ask the doctor if he can check if I'm gay next time I go in.

My psychology is pretty simple.  Im playing a game of a crazy world with magic and beasts that has a hot, pixelated, crazy girl that i control and create the back story to, and its quite entertaining.  If im playing with her im not going to be a slut, she is.  I dont mind if your a person that injects himself into everything he sees and hears, but if you think everyone else does then thats just crazy.  People that think everyone injects themselves into everything they see are the people that burn books, censore media, internet, sites like this, etc.  Not everyone that reads Mein Kampf loves and wants to be Hitler.

I know you wouldnt do that stuff cuz you have no scrooples, but if u did....

I tend to switch genders. I also make more characters then I prolly should.. usually after completing 1 of the main story arcs. Alicia is always my top priority when i pick Male

I like the term 'queersexual'... I suppose I have been one since I started role playing a long time ago (paper role playing games). Playing one in video games was a natural extension. 

 

As far as I am concerned, this is fantasy. I tried male characters but I usually find female characters more entertaining. Alien ones too. Maybe something to do with being something/someone else.

 

Regarding Alicia, I find her a little too eager and compliant... expect to see a little more character and opinion in future versions. Not too much - she is a fantasy of a pain slut after all - but she should be entitled to her opinion as well

Just started with Skyrim again, imho you do a fantastic job with your quest mods skyrimll.

 

I have not advanced far in alicias quest yet, but i am too curious, so i just ask if there is a route for Ali too where the player can submit to her/become her toy? Or at least keep her as follower. I find her even cuter than Alicia  .
