Okay, came back for a little look and was definitely surprised by the addition of Taki's armor. However, the descriptions on the workshop mod page immediately stopped me dead in the tracks. 0 weight? This is going to explode right in my face.

 

Then again, the addition of this kinds of hint at the next follower to come.

Are you using UFO?

I don't know about the new UFO update but the previous version do sometimes have that problem, try to save and reload the game

Have you activate/check the mod using a mod organizer like "Wrye Bash" or "Nexus Mod Manager" or "Mod Organizer"?

Thank you very much for uploading these mods. I have used most of them in my skyrim playthroughs and they have enhanced the experience very much, especially the follower characters.
