I think that would be either armed to the teeth or DSpSoB redux placement so you'd get katanas on both hips. I never got around to the latter, too complicated, java always giving me errors.

You asked about "place sheathed swords on thighs" not katanas on hips...in any event, that's most likely dual sheath redux with the scabbard placement being distorted by the animation. Or are you looking for something else now?
