Actually it was just the reskin, but the stage 4 progression is actually out now

 

 

Remaining todos for Katarin's main mod:
- payloads for city events so it's no longer just flavor, will probably have to use new save to get their effects
- stage 4 city events (already written)
- end game mechanic of daemonizing own units in battle (turn a unit into a Tzeentch or Slaanesh Daemon) with dynamic campaign effects depending on how many times you Daemonize units in the last 10 turns or so
