The Usual Outside Whiterun CTD

Hi, so the usual CTD outside Whiterun, I removed every follower that starts near the area, no open cities, but maybe I missed something  I have tried DynDOLOD, re- downloading multiple times I am almost giving up at this point. Here is my Load order and attaching my last Log:

fwiw, sometimes someone or something gets spawned in a cell that causes issues. (bad mesh, bad textures, etc). It's possible that by avoiding the area for a while (a game day or so) and then coming back later on,  no CTD will be experienced. Not much of an "answer", but fwiw, it's what I've experienced in the past intermittently, at Whiterun, Riften, and Solitude.

Usual crash? the hell kind of game people have?

 

I see creature stuff in that loadorder. A common occurrence is having these installed/loaded in the wrong order. Then it crashes because the game loads the horses in the stables and your game has a brain fart. Check the MNC install guide to see the proper install/load order for these, both assets (aka rules in Vortex, install order in NMM, modlist order in MO2) and loadorder for the relevant mods.
