Untitled-1.jpg  Replacing the statue with an animated static (real futanari actor). Here, I just tested the rip render and also studied skinning and modeling.

 

The sound is registered in the animation, but I'm too lazy to systematize it, so it's not there ...

There is this version for Skyrim and others, but I don't know where to put it... So.

I saw, he has npc mannequins. For me, an element of architecture with animation and not an actor, the essence of this work is analysis of the structure of animation in meshes for Skyrim

The statue is just awakening. Not fully transformed yet.

Yes a few changes:  new horns, no earrings, vanilla pedestal....

 

 

EDIT:

there are three toenails in the nif, I deleted 2.

So it's a body with a skeleton (Queen, I think).
A face (emotion) is captured by a 3D ripper.
- In 3dsMax, I removed all the seams, exported with a skeleton (no controllers for the doll)
- In Nifscope, attached animation
* All meshes must be on the original node (not belong to the skeleton with the animation)

thank U for info, I fast try those with normal body with lovers skeleton + lovers animation, The result in nifskope looks fine But in Game Body take the pose but no animation .... I'll try more later.

BTW the file in your nexus link not work for me if I try in game give CTD.

- If  takes a pose. you probably didn't loop the animation  clamp->loop

anyway I try again several time & no result in game ( body take pose but no animation ), maybe I miss something in nifskope don't Know. So I'll give up this.

thank U for this but I'm already delete all the files I was test on them. 

For few time I was thinking if I can do this, I can turn a lot of boring statics in game to some hot animated stuff, but since it's not go easy I kick out this idea & delete everything.

In general, I installed the game on my wifi server, a clean game (DVD-GOLD) , just added a dancing version.
Everything worked fine. Probably, you were one step away from the result )))

Wow this is amazing. It would be so cool with a mental state mod (for lack of a better term) where statues in dungeons changes depending on if the player has been raped, or is horny, or has entered an imaginary state were statues look like faeries, or a nightmare state where they look evil etc. Or/and a dungeon or a castle/house could be cursed, and such a place has animated statues and..other things that could be animated. The quest is to expel the curse. Mage or priest quests.

A lot of bones the animation use are not in NiMultiTargetTransformController  and the NiDefaultAVObjectPalette

Your NiControllerSequence specialidle   Controlled Blocks  are 94

In  NiMultiTargetTransformController   and  NiDefaultAVObjectPalette are only  88

So you have 6 missing blocks.

 

I used your nif with another ani . Vanilla clap ani with 73 blocks. ( all used 77 blocks/bones are in the 88 ) No crash in game.

I cleaned the skeleton part to reduce the file size.

 

I think if you add the 6 missing blocks/bones your nif will work. ( I'm too lazy to test it)

Bip01 Wing 01 R

Bip01 Wing 03 R

Bip01 Wing 01 L

Bip01 Wing 02 L

Oh yes, you can delete the wings in the animation instead of adding them in NiMultiTargetTransformController   and  NiDefaultAVObjectPalette.  Yes, it's easier.

just some questions, how to add facial emotion to nif ? ... I try to add any of the Actors In Emotions mod but head + skeleton nif not change in both of nifskope or blender, Second where is lovers face emotion ? .... I look into LAPF but didn't find it, OR is it embedded in sex kf there ??

In the kf  in the   NiTextKeyExtraData   are the emotions.

some kf only have two keys : start and stop

Others have more keys with emotions or sound. Yes your statue can play sound (moaning or singing)

Thanks But Not really answer my first Question, I was hopping for simple way to add face emotion to nif ( Like use nifskope Attach animation ) .... I think I'll try go hard way by using FaceGen to create obj & tri files to head with emotion.

I found Alternative way to create animated stuff using blender & I'm create animated Breast milking, sperm milking & beer Device to My version of bravil underground, it will be perfect if I could add face emotion.

I thought by emotion you meant. Sad, Fear, Anger, Blink, Ah and Oh mounth, . . . That's all in the kf. And you can set the times when the emotion takes place.

All the Lovers emotions during sex are kf files.

And you can't see it in NifSkope

It seems you can load head morphs into the blender.
I once loaded a head with emotions a long time ago (there is a whole set of morphs at once, an .egm file or something like that, it was a regular old blender)
But I don’t remember anything. Search - blender load head morphs..

Or do you want to animate the head during the animation process (not some specific facial expression)??? Then there is no point in this, it is easier to take two live actors.
