I could just up and ignore the succubus and mermaid content but the mod has a lot of features I'd need to micromanage. The traits that can kill people or cause chaos with buffs they add to those around them, the virginity system that my OCD would not allow me to leave half done, and working with some other minor things the mod does.

If I were to add support for it, it'd be way down the line when things are more filled out. I can just imagine me spending 48 hours setting up in one spot having to teleport and deflower 100+ sims. There's also the fact that mrrakkon doesn't have any escort or streetwalker characters to begin with and while I am adding some of my own stuff it's not really a thing I want to spend time on when I'm better off working with what I'm given to get updates out faster.

Though as I said it could be a thing down the line. That's not a promise though.

It was just some fixes to relations and lots. As well as uploading the CC to google drive instead of having 42 files to download from here.

Everyone please ignore supercaca's instructions in his "review."

 

For some reason he has chosen to ignore the installation instructions provided on this thread and has made his own guide that will leave your game world broken with outdated CC, missing CC, and bloat your mod folder with CC that is no longer even being used.

 

Again, please ignore him. He didn't even bother to read that I had already listed Fashion Police to solve issues with randomly spawned sims.

It is and I have updated the installation section with a link directly to the google drive as well as explaining that the "gibberish" (which I'm not sure why it does that tbh) is also a link to the google drive containing the required CC.

I wrote that "guide" not to misguide or replace your guide fren, it was to complement your guide, because I followed your guide to the letter and I've got missing tons of clothes, skins and a ton of building things.

All I did was follow my instinct and added all the mods I listed there. Now I've got your awesome save working in perfect order, I dont have issues or whatever except one Caliente sister having one outfit missing  .

I only merely wanted to help others in my situation by telling what I did to get all the missing stuff.

Hey, I understand you wanted to help, but really stuff like that only serves to confuse people unfortunately. Also any questions or suggestions for a mod, and especially guides, should be posted in the accompanying thread and not as a review. 

 

Also, as it currently stands all the required CC should be available from the google drive folder, getting the CC from my old save is definitely not required and is only likely to cause issues, do note that it is marked as outdated. I'll delete that in the near future I think to prevent further misunderstandings. 

 

The same goes for CC from my sim collection, any CC used by sims currently in the save is included in the folder, there is no need to go to my collection to download more. As for the fashion police mod, obviously if you want to use the CC version of that you'll need the required CC for that, for which there will be some overlap with the sims in this save. But really any instructions on how to use fashion police belong in the thread for that mod which has a  more than sufficient description of how to use it in any case. 

 

I appreciate you wanting to help, but for the CC all that's required is in the google drive folder, any other CC from any other download of mine or others' is very much optional and will not unlock or fix anything.

I realise this might be difficult but is there any thoughts on doing and incremental update of the CC for those who sort the MODs folder slightly different? Thanks so much for all the effort in putting this together, a much wanted addition.

This is my first time working with a project of this size so I've kinda been all over the place in how to manage it.

 

Moving forward there will be a second file specifically labeled for updates(Can't do this for 2.0 since everything is fully merged already) that will remain separate until the next version number comes out.

I'm going to start adding a changelog in the discussion thread considering I am now providing links directly to the google drive. They will still be in the usual place so you get update notifications but I'll just be double posting for good measure.

 

People have mentioned concern and potentially waiting but this update is very sizable and I believe it is very much worth it.

Are they visibly missing clothing? Or are you getting a message saying they're missing something?

I loaded things up and I'm not getting an error or anything. Everything in my folder is also in the google drive folder.

They miss clothing  and i get the missing message too if i open them in cas.

Yeah, I'm going to follow this religiously. I decided to have a save file with unique Sims, unique lots, etc, all over the place, but was intimidated by the sheer amount of work it would involve. Then you come in, armed with wings, with exactly what I was looking for. Big thanks to @mrrakkonn as well for giving permission, consistently making unique-looking Sims, and helping out as well. Good luck on this project.

They use a custom nose preset, "obscurus_nose_presets_2m_UPD.package", that's an updated version of "obscurus_nose_presets_2m", which if that's higher in your load order (say in the same folder, which will cause it to be higher because of alphabetical order) will cause the bug, as will not having the preset.

 

Somehow the creator when they updated that preset decided to not name it the same, so people will easily end up with both of those that share the same ID, but have different names (so one won't replace the other just by being in the same folder). You need to find and delete "obscurus_nose_presets_2m.package". 

 

Oh yeah, not having the preset, if you excluded them, will also cause the same issue. Just a couple of sims in the save were made using custom presets (I think all of them male), but custom sliders were used extensively for many female sims. Not having them shouldn't cause pitch-black skin issues like the missing presets, but can cause their faces and bodies to glitch out if anything happens that registers as an edit and stuff like that I believe, because the sims would essentially have invalid slider values for sliders that don't exist in your game. 

 

Otherwise, going into CAS and picking a different nose preset for them should also work in theory I believe.

I just have one issue: newly added male sims have grey nipples...

 

I cleaned my complete mods folder before installing your CC and all of your recommended mods (I only added the complete NOIR pornstar cock collection)...

 

Any idea on fixing it?

I ended up with a bunch of sims with missing clothes and/or hair. Personally I just manually fixed them, haha didn't know I could expect tech support in the thread! Awesome how responsive you've been.

 

[edit] I've been thinking, for future updates rather than a clean install of a new save, I might just save the households you make and import them into my existing game (based on the 2.0 save) would I end up missing anything that way?

Um... have you considered removing the cock mod? I'm sorry that's all I can think of in regards to a solution.

Everything needed should be in the folder linked both in the description and the download section. My mod folder is empty of stuff not in the google drive with the exception of stuff like control center specifically so I don't accidentally add something that wouldn't be downloaded by the google drive folder.

You may have had a download interruption and it possibly skipped a file or two. It's never happened to me personally but I've heard others mention something along those lines when downloading pretty much anything from the internet.

I'm not sure I know what that means entirely.

But several characters have been given unique breast meshs but clothing doesn't always make that too apparent.

I'm fairly certain I know what you're talking about, look at this post, I use accessory cleavage overlays for several sims in some outifts now. 

 

If that's something you don't want you can easily get rid of it by finding and removing these packages, shouldn't cause any issues doing so.

Hmm, I downloaded World 2.0 but I seem to be missing all of the NPCs. I had no problem with 1.5. Unless I accidentally skipped something, all of the played and housed sims are there but none of the NPCs.
