once the new save comes out you know what would be really great? a small install guide nothing too complicated but things like what WW animations and cc should be installed or  what ones fit the save best. also if more then one version of a mod is available which one is the intended one then in game settings for mods. if a experienced modder has the time to make one and post it id really appreciate it.

Any progress? I saw this update yesterday and got excited, only to fail to notice any changes. XD 

 

EDIT: Ah, I thought the save was nearly done, I didn't see your comment saying mrrakkon found a bunch of errors.

I'm only correcting like 2 or 3 things after I finish this comment. We're packing the torrent file for CC. After that we'll upload the file.

You guys are probably getting it today or tomorrow.

Also i have a question since i am missing some packs, could i delete some of the sims in the other household menu???? Like for example the prisoners or the strangeville people???

If you don't have Get to Work or Strangerville then you don't need the prisoners or Strangerville NPCs so yeah. They're not meant to be interacted with in normal gameplay.

 

 

Side note. If you have the old CC file, I'd advise deleting it. The new folder is completely revamped and some old files may break some things.

Also make sure you pay attention to the mods listed on the front page.

If you don't have the mods or the packs then there isn't much I can do if you have a problem because 99% of the time it's gonna be because you don't have the packs or the mods.

I did sort the saves' mods into categories of how important they are to things functioning.

I know in the old save there were a lot of duplicate files with D1 in the name. I use a program that detects errors and duplicates in the Sims 4 mod folder. I don't know if i am allowed to share it on here or not. It is basically a mod conflict detector.

Rebuild 0.1 Changelog

 

Man I have no idea. I spent like almost an entire year rebuilding the entire thing. There are easily double the sims since then. New mods, new careers, new relationships. Almost everything has been shaken up to some degree or another. It's why I changed the version number back to 0.1

I know the program as I use it myself. As for duplicates, we tried to eliminate as much as we could they might be some files with D1 in there possibly since its a shit load of files to work with. please be understanding if you see some in there.

Hey there, thanks for all the work you put into this it is incredible. I need some advice in how to deal with the hair styles that cause the sim to have a filter of gloss all over the body. Do I need to download the hair mod again? an older version? a newer version of the hair mod? ( is the hair of one of the blonde famous twins )

Oh crap. I wanted to send a shout out to @PECO. and @MaxPayne1989 who have donated sims for the save. I totally blanked on it since the chats were like a month ago XD

Either way I highly suggest you check out their mods and sims!

Babette Couture and Cara Lopez too if I remember correctly. I'm playing on Ultra all maxed out. Edit: I checked using CAS to rule out anything that could be causing it and it was the hair with the problem, I change it and problem solved but it will be nice to fine a fix for this just as a general thing.

You might want to take a look at the file LUUMIA_skindetail_LipTints.package because it seems like it is a merged file that went out of control. It contains everything from COSMIC-PLUMBOB blush for toddlers to Kijiko eyelashes.

 

Edit: deardaisyxo]MA-Snapbacks.package is another one and it cannot be unmerged like the previously mentioned one can.

I too have the same problem and it's not always the hair, other times it's a piece of clothing that causes it. I play with everything on ultra. I have this issue with the couture twins and lauren tan and a couple other sims but i don't remember their names.

Hey everyone so we're aware of some mishaps with the CC files. Some are older things I forgot to delete and some are just errors in packing files sent my way for the save. We're going to comb through things but as far as I know it's just some CAS stuff.

 

Just delete the offending file or fix the sim in CAS. 

We're working on everyone's feedback and hunting down the sources of things.

 

I'm elbow deep in college stuff so I apologize in advance if it takes a short bit to upload fixes and things but know that things will be getting fixed and expanded upon a lot faster as this current update was genuinely recreated from the ground up.
