Which mods are making me lag?

So I have a pretty good laptop, I can run RDR2 on max settings without lag. But skyrim has been lagging badly, so I'm wondering if anyone can help me by telling me which mods to uninstall that are making me lag?

I can't tell you what mods are making you lag but there are a few things i do know about lags.

 

Scripts. If you have too many running in short duration from each other. Check your scripted mods. Maybe you just have too many.

 

Overhauls. Maybe they just have to high resolution. Don't care how good your laptop is, maybe you just overestimated it

 

(Just a few, maybe useless suggestions. Just so i don't feel like a dick only commenting for giggles before.)
