The mod's idea and art: killer905.

Modders Resource "Book Covers Skyrim" by DanielCoffey.
A new hobby by drawing nu art. Find a white elf in her camp to learn how to draw. She can sell a charcoal and a paper for drawings and also stitch your sheets into a sketchbook.
You can speak to Nushassa if some girls are unavailable. Or use console code coc AAAForgottenArtCheatRoom to teleport to the cheat room with all mod items.

When you have created all the sketchbooks, you can ask Nushassa to remake them for the regions.

Ask Nushassa for a cheat book with hints about what potential models want.

An Easter egg in the Embershard Mine.

Forgotten Regret: Talk to Nushassa with the Whiterun or Solitude or Riften sketchbook to start this small quest.

Forgotten Sheets: Help Nushassa collect lost sheets.

Forgotten Battle: Meet Richard Grarhson on the Solitude docks to learn how to paint paintings.

Forgotten Loneliness: You can paint obscene portraits of your wife. Book of Spouses at the ceiling of Temple of Mara in Riften.

Forgotten Craft: Find a special stone near Riften to start the quest and learn how to work with stones.

Forgotten Technologies: Talk to Calcelmo to start doing luxscripture (who is bad in Cyrodilic - light drawing, in our world it is called "photography").

There used to be a mod for NV that had you go around publishing a smut mag, loved that one.

So i very much like this idea. Been using another modfor similar purposes, having some actual dialogue or quest content to it would be very wellcome.

Say, that one might be of interest for this new project of yours, it practicly converts screenshots into an ingame object - NPCs look exactly as they should regardless of mod setup etc.

In case you want to take a look -  https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/36268?tab=files&file_id=141267

Be awesome to compile these and future ones into a book and a patch for LotD to display the book.

All about "Collect Them All!!

You mean "Legacy of the Dragonborn"?

At the moment, this is a test of interest for this mod.

Too little interest equates to a quick "abandonment" of the project or a very long period of creating further updates.

How do you apply this effect to pictures?

The right tools and a pinch of Grandma's secret sauce. : 3 But now seriously the right tools like Photoshop or even free tools available through the website. Just search well.

How does it work exactly?

You get charcoal + paper -> meet conditions to draw supported NPCs -> use the charcoal+paper to draw -> get the pre-made drawing into your inventory ->make a sketchbook?

Currently yes. Do you have any additional idea? Share with us here. ;)

I completet the mainquest of Skrim (without killing paarthunax) so the thalmor hate me. But Delphine won't let me draw her. Am I not an enemy of the thalmor?

Personally, I did not have such a problem and I did similar to you (I did not kill the parthunax). Use console command:

Player.SetRelationshipRank 00013485 2

Maybe this help.

You can combine all Riverwood's girls into one book if you talk to Nushassa about it.

There is a condition - GetPCEnemyofFaction ThalmorFaction == 1.

Delphine just kicked me out until I kill him. Maybe that's the reason?

And the consol command rank 2 didn't work. I needed rank 4.

Unfortunately, I don't know, but I like it when it works well for one, but partially or not at all for another.

Mods mind blown.

Ah, I was just curious.

It's a nice concept, like.. a whole new profession almost. You set out on an adventure, meet different people and since drawing is your hobby, you draw them as you slowly explore the land of Skyrim.

You could make it into a quest line where you start with a charcoal and end up with a brush and paintings in color. Maybe lock it behind a skill tree so that as you get experience you could invest into perks that unlock the use of brushes or something. It would be a pain to have all the pictures done in different styles just for this I imagine though.

But even if it ended up with just these few drawing that are available, it's a nice collectible if nothing else. :)

Interesting, but painting with brushes this would suit people who are at least important, rich, or high in society, such as any Jarl, Maven (Duuach) or Thane.

That could be a good way to work around the chore of doing all pictures in all styles.

For example Gerdur would be fine with a simple charcoal drawing, Camilla might want something a bit more fancy and Elisif would expect only the best painting. The player would have an incentive to gather resources and perhaps learn from someone how to draw/paint better. This way you'd only have to do a single variant of the picture.

The player would start with a simple charcoal and paper and as he'd progress, or rather based on how demanding each NPC would be, he'd have to find someone that sells brushes and colors, maybe even canvas and frames etc. Also potential to craft these resources yourself or even having to find someone who can craft instead (as a replacement/alternative for it being simply sold).

I have a feeling that I'm thinking way ahead at this point though.. :D

Interesting idea, but at the moment it is better to focus on the current form of pictures and then make "special" pictures for more influential people (Of course, the one with carbon will also be available for the influential ones).

Finally, it may turn out that one NPC will be in 2 or 3 versions (charcoal, brushes, etc.).

Or even "special" marriage pictures in sexy poses. (e.g., Gerdur and Hod). Ideas, ideas, ideas :3

Can you expand? From what I understand a player would send an NPC to make a dragon sketch?

Oh sorry i mean the dragonborn be drawn.......or we suppose that's not the painting but the photograph.

For example our PC has been taken a naked pic (when she is drunk? or somebody put a mini spy carema made by Dwemers in her room......) and be blackmailed. And then they force PC to be the model, take more photos and make a book.

Hmm, as a side quest it would be ok, but in this case where the player's character can be female, male, human (elf will also include it) Khajiit or Argonian you would have to do practically 6 gender versions of 3 each. If we remove the male character from this list, there will be 3 versions due to race.

Yes it will be complicated. Technically is it possible to make a screenshot during the game and then transfer it directly into the painting you made in the game? In that case you don't need to do any practical versions.

Probably it can be done, but it will not be properly styled. So what I wrote would have to be done.
