I think if you use a CT, it is in the pull down tab for the item giver, labeled as deaths smalls.

So it looks like a CT like the ones for DS3 could be used to remove parts of said items.

Goldmask's Rags and his full set can be aquired through completing all his side quests and then log out, log in the game and go back to goldmask's corpse then you will get it.
(I am a Taiwanese and have found out this on a gaming forum in my country, one warning by the way, the procedure requires a 37 int spell to compelete the mission, so it seems it is not friendly to melee combat characters.)

One thing I hope is that when armor modding picks up, people will also try to make the non-revealing sets more form-fitting instead of just removing parts and exposing the breasts and vagina areas

 

Less is more and honestly, I just can't find those kinds of mods attractive, ever. I prefer more intricate designs and form fitting full armor sets on a woman instead of the weird "random holes on the breasts area" that a  lot of early mods tend to fall into. If it has to be a "sexy" armor mod, at least make it a cool armored bikini ala Red Sonja instead of just.... nothing

 

I wonder is if the game even has different armor meshes for men and women. Sure, some of the more revealing armors that shows skins like the default Hero set and the leather set you can get from killing Patches clearly has separate models for the two genders, but a lot of the more bulky ones seems like they just slap the male set on the female body and call it a day. A lot of them can be quite silly-looking. So hopefully those can be edited

I don't know how to do it, but could probably find "deaths smalls" item ID in CE, look in the memory find and put its parts number to 0, and they should be gone leaving the body pantyless?

 

 

Im pretty sure the ID is 1930300 for deathbed smalls
