Question, is it people's account or save that gets flagged? Because seriously, if you want to play a modded game with friends, cool, just flag the saves together and keep playing normally.

Your entire account and any accounts you've family shared to. It isn't just the save. You can read about it in the little pop up when you click log in on the title screen.

Just a question, how come when i use some of your mods, NPC still use the unmodded ones? Are they using different mesh files for armor? 

 

It espcially bothers me when i use the mimic clone and it uses the un-modded clothing

Game has two models classes: for Player and for NPC. Player models marked as bf_1050 (for example) and NPC's model will be marked as bf_1050_l If mod files not changing _l model then NPC's armor will looks as it is.

Yes, NPCs usually use different files. For example, Fia's Robe for the player is bd_f_1595.partsbnd.dcx but Fia's Robe for NPCs is bd_f_1595_l.partsbnd.dcx. The NPC version uses a lower quality model and lower resolution textures.

 

The custom outfits can be applied to NPCs as well by using Yabber to unpack both of these files (and the .tpf files within them) then copy the .flver file and .dds files from the player version over to the NPC version, renaming them to their proper names, then repacking everything. It might have a little bit of impact on performance if you do it for too many outfits though, since the game will be rendering those higher-quality models and textures for every NPC in the area wearing the outfit.

Black knife greaves skimpy... Although it needs a flag that hides only the char's thighs, I wanna say I saw that in DaS3, but I can't be bother to go over each one toggling them and trying it, let alone toggling in yapper, saving, running game, rinse and repeat.

Didn't helped at all.
Also, I just noticed that part of the soles of the boots and the back of the knees are part of the pants I deleted, so I can definitively say this one can't be skimpyfied. 

EDIT: I just figured out how to delete only parts of meshes, but still, I need that thighs only mask flag.

Nice, i figured out how to change weapon, armor, and spirit stats, and now i understand that modding damage isn't really the best way to cheat.

 

Btw, did anyone do the rotten graverobber amor? I remember someone asking.

[lg_f_2230] Gold mask waistwrap with no diaper, no need to modify yapped. Some chest pieces will make the belt disappear, you would need to modify each one to not make belts invisible tho.
[lg_m_2000] Elden Lord Greaves no shorts, MASK 12 must be set to 0 in yapped.

BTW, I can confirm that if you get put on the naughty list, you can still co-op with friends using a password.

 

The larger issue with MP at the moment is the inability to keep connected for more than 2 minutes at a time!

This kinda made me not care about being banned. It's either you connect for 2 minutes and get DC'ed mid fight or get a host that is constantly trying to double summon phantoms only to get "Unable to summon" for 10 minutes, or you get summoned and the host gets one shot the second they step through the boss gate.

 

And just as I post this I enter a co-op boss fight and use 30 sleep arrows which are rare to get only to get DC'ed out when the boss was at 30% health...

That has been the story of DS multiplayer since Demon Souls. PvP quitting, hosts with 10 vigor going melee, player farmers, it's overall a bad experience. The point of multiplayer before was to get medals for covenants, which don't exist now, so there is really no reason to do it besides the pvp arenas.

 

What they should do is make an option to play with mods or without mods, each on a different server, just for pvp's sake, but they have never done it since 13 years ago, so i doubt they would now. They even implemented EAC that can stop you from playing online if files aren't the way the should be.

Awesome job! Can I ask you if you can also remove underwear from the Braves Legwraps? It's one of those unobtainable items unless you usse some cheats

Zamor Armor no skirt. I had to leave a lil bit of it to avoid seeing through the character. Also, I would like to mirror the shoulder since I don't like asymmetrical armors, but the pad is attached to the chest plate and I have no idea how to go about dupping the mesh and attaching to the file.

Anyone know which dcx file contains the hand textures for the female body? I added nail polish to one of the nude body mods that was shared here. The toes change color but the finger nails don't, which points to there being a separate texture for the hands. I can't find it in any of the files marked with an  "_f_".
