greenmango12 Posted March 19, 2022 Author Posted March 19, 2022 (edited) So I was asked to add option which can show all animation as list, when it over 125 (sexlab set limit, or papyrus array limit 128) eg,, with "aggressive" tag only. or with "MF" tag, or many vendor may offer more than 125 animaiton. One reason I did not add it,, because I know custom sexlab tool version, it can show move than 125 animation list, and it actually worked. but it take really long time untill, papyrus generate list correctly... I try it with my way, but after all , it take really long time, to serch all Sexab page anmation (each page contain 125), then check and compare with tag, and generate new lists and show it... It may be useful, when you really hope to check all animation in registry with tag,, (more than 125) and select one animation from it.. but as actual play usage,, I can not recommend.. But I hope to try to my study purpose, then anyway add it as new option. then only attach here for a while. though without you activate this option, it cause no harm, but as I said, it took more than 5 mintues usually to genearate list...untill start animation ^^; so I can not recommend you activate this option. How it work.. 1. in MCM menu, 1st page activate this new option "Use test option to show all animation as list", And activate "Use tag to serch animation" because if you do not use tag when generate animation list, but use saved anmation, it not conatain more than 125, so this option do nothing, just use saved animation slot. 2. As I said when activate this option, it take really long time, to serch animation and generate list with tag.. So I only add this option for Test Dialog. 3. you can choose "Use slot list menu for Test Dialog " or "Use temp slot " to start test Dialog animation. if you activate, it show your saved slot list , then each saved tag setting will be used.. if you de activate (false) it use current temp slot setting (this page tag editor, and suppress tag editor setting,, ) 4. to easy test, I do not use slot list this time, but use current temp slot tag setting. = Use slot list menu for Test Dialog = OFF then I edit temp slot setting "Agrressive" only. like this... And you should use Use list to select animation,, without it,, after you select one list, you can not check animations, but sexlab auto select one animation from current list ^^; so if you use test option, you should use this option then you can select animation from all list.. witch fit with current tag setting. 5 after set temp tag setting, (you may set tags which can show, animation over 125 .. to test,, ) tp save this temp tag setting, you must click "Save setting and count animation", then it say over 125. about animation[] now only 125 animations are currently saved, but it save current tag setting to. so this setting will be used. (so you do not need to worry 125 count,, ) 6. now you can use current temp tag setting. to start Test Dialog animation. 7. Lets test in game,,, target NPC, (I recommend you test with follower, or use my add on, and force follow you, then go to good test place until use dialog) 8.. Select "[wif] Do not you test new style... (t) Dialog, . it is Dialog for test Slot. (with current option) As I said, it took really long time ^^;; so after clcik the dialog,,,, you may open console and simply wait untill new list UI will be shown. .I recommend after confirm it start to set list in console,, (in console, you may see valid animations name,, they will be stored..) go to toilet or,, may take coffee,,, etc... yes it need at least 3 minutes. because now all animations in your registry, compare with tag, setting, one by one.. From page 1 to your last page... then generate new list ^^,, I usually do another thing... untill finish it.. So about this case I think 4 mintue or 5 minute needed (legsiter almost 1200 human anmation with cehck 2p aggressive only) anyway it should finish,, then show this new list.. after show this list, you can select one of them, then check animations, and can return (select 1st "retrun") then it show list page again. if you content with all list,, select it and test start please.... Yes it work,, but once you test it, you may think, you seldom use it ^^; (So I suppopse if there should be more smart way, to manage 125 more animations, with quick find and generate all list.. I hope if you know well, teach me,,, all related code and functions are described, in wifTopicStest.psc , wifSetTags.psc then if you check code, you can see my code.. I apreciate,, if you really know clear,, teach me where I can modify and make this scirpt more fast... (do not hope,, just say,, you can use this Script frame work etc....^^; I like actual example.. or clear advice,, eg you may better to use this Function, to check tag, for one anim, etc.) As real play, I never activate this option ,, though so I can check all aggressive or all FunnyBiz animation,, with this option... I can not wait minutes to start animation^^; ============ Sp I try to make it fast, and actually now it drastically spped. up .. I believe it is useful enough, actually 10 times first I feel now. you may need not to go toilet or take coffee any more... never take more than 1 minutes I think.. if you hope to compare please test 1-5-2 and i-5-1 with check console!!! I think it can be used for many case now !!!! Though I really like quick start with current this mod way, So I may add this option with next version (but keep to use test dialog for this option)? I mean theres the mod choices, but that's ridiculous. Why wouldn't anyone be fine with running 1000 instead of 2000 mods? And I've never seen LE stable with 1000 mods like AE is. It's just...breath-takingly impressive. I'll sacrifice any mod for this level of stability.

Did not you test it for AE? because I got some PMs from user who test and they say, this mod worked for current AE without problem. (and add on too) because this mod only use papyrus script functions, offered by SKSE, and papyrusutil, and SKYUI skyuilib. so without SKSE or those mod change papyrus funciton usage, this mod still work for AE and skse (AE) of course, you need to download require mods, (sexlab , all sexlab require mods, SKYUI version which made for AE , I believe skyUI already up-dated) for AE (Current SE version) but basically if you test and download correctly, it should work for AE too. I suppose. Unfortunatelly my PC is not so powerful, and I do not have plenty HD and ssd to install 2 version.. at same time, I really afraid to break my current game settings, with my downloaded mod, so at least untill I can confirm bedetha stop to up-date runtime, orl I got new PC then make 2 version directory for skyrim, I may not up-date game for AE(current se). = I can not test it for AE ^^; (It is just my choice, I do not recommend it for anyone. if you hope to use AE,, it is reasonable for me. and if I can confirm all installed mod work for AE, I may up-date too. at current I can not confirm it) Then I suppose if you have many human animations with many tag variation, maybe this mod is useful to choose animation list as you need with tags. if you do not have many animation, I do not think you may need this mod. this mod is actually really simple mods, (dialog part is cheap enough) I just try to offer system, which can choose animation list with many tag combinations... Rest assured, many of us Luddites clinging to our 1.5.97s and 2.00.17s are fully aware of your scorn, but frankly do not care what others (such as your esteemed self) can or cannot imagine. In fact, some of us find those who allowed Steam to break their games by forcing a new version up their Todds without their knowledge or awareness that it was coming despite the numerous warnings posted on various gaming sites including this one to be somewhat mentally deficient. Hopefully, you can work on your imagination (not to mention your people skills) to the point where you do not feel compelled to ridicule opinions and preferences merely because they do not align with your own.

I mean, I don't think you are aware of my "scorn" at all, but you're right about my failure of imagination, cause I really can't imagine why you'd consider "mentally deficient" a good response to my "bad people skills", the most derisive word I used being "ridiculous", Miss EdgeLord Supreme. Speaking of people skills, you really should pull the plank out of your own eye. I used to care more about the clinging Luddites, but I was never able to achieve load orders of over 1k mods back then. Many people weren't, so, we don't really care either. I get it. Temmerian Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 (edited) I am running this on AE, 1.6.353 (I think I got the numbers right!) Not 1.6.6etc. I only got a crash once and that was on the addon anyway and I couldn't reproduce it so I'm assuming it's likely a conflict as something came up completely unrelated to this mod in the papyrus log at the time of the crash which occurred after starting a group animation on that mod. I've gone into both this and the addon mod in SSE edit and changed the dialogues and responses to my own liking and removed the handles (such as wif and dialog number you see on either side of the dialog, probably should have kept the numbers in hindsight) to make them more immersive for my playthrough (leaving the labels for the test one so I could identify it) and so far so good. I love the idea of the club in the other mod too. Anyway, where this mod is concerned I was able to get as far as planning out a few different themes I wanted to work with like Magic themed anims, furniture related, etc. I still haven't fully tested if I can get all the modified dialogue I edited to display with the tags in the game as it's been easier to just use the test dialog with a menu that I can manually apply to situations but it would be wonderful to have more control over the different dialog options I could see in SSE Edit, like conditions of dialog, etc. I'm sure I couldn't do that with SSE Edit though and would have to use Creation kit which I am a total hack with. LOL. Also, while I have the opportunity to comment on this mod. I've been looking for the opportunity to customise my gameplay with a mod like this for ages that makes possible matching tagged/themed animations to a dialog choice. Thank you for the time you've spent on it and on improving it too. I was so surprised I could go in and edit the dialogue myself and see the fruits of my labour in game! The problem was that the mod took a very long time to fetch animation tags, and at the very end, when I tried to register those animations, it took forever. No tags appeared in the dropdown lists, and the whole system was very clunky. I came up with the idea of manually writing a JSON file myself. I created it manually (Skyrim\Data\SKSE\plugins\TagAndSex\user), loaded it, and registered the animations. And everything started working smoothly. I have 16 slots for tags, and each tag gives me between 40 and 100 different animations. I'm sharing the file and how I did it in case it helps someone: First tab, first option: "update tag and expand stlo16" "show dialog topic" "use saved slot animation for dialog sex" "use tags to set animations for dialog sex" "use slot menu to test dialog" Load the JSON file TSpreset2 (third tab) "update slot animation" (should take a maximum of 10 seconds) Check if the animations appeared in the second tab (count: 101) But I also have a question: What is the correct JSON syntax for multiple tags at once? "tags-0" : "lying","kissing","foreplay" → doesn't work "tags-0" : "lying,kissing,foreplay" → doesn't work TSpreset2.json Edited March 31, 2025 by Anon1341
