PACK05_02.PAK and PACK05_03.PAK update some character files. Thus, you should unpack PACK05_02.PAK and PACK05_03.PAK as with PACK00_02.PAK and then replace the unpacked files with mod files. 4

Steam will re-download the missing PAK files, so you need to unpack those new PAK files and install the mods again. Don't use the outdated extracted PAK folder. 2
