Let us know how it went please. At any rate what I do is run FNIS first, then run Nemesis. Requires a little wrangling with an esp Nemesis wants to replace, but otherwise works fine without hassle (aside from the usual instable nature of Nemesis ... guess it gotta live up to its name 😛).

I dont use Toys anymore since it has been abandoned. It would have been nice if the author found someone to continue it. Annoying that he did not.

I'm still not sure VirginMarie intended/planed to abandoned her mods. Just does not fit her personality (far as I can judge it) to vanish without a word.

The source scripts are included, not much else that would be needed I think, no dll's or such in use.

interesting mod, unfortunately it require toy framework, which suspiciously seem like trying to replace sexlab and devious device.. i would like to try this mod if there is a toyless version as i'm obviously not going to install mod that conflict or unnecessarily duplicating the function of sexlab, sexlab arousal and devious device.

Toys&Love does not conflict with SL or DD, but yes, it doubles it. IMHO the bondage item implementation of T&L is actually better than that of DD (power of hindsight probably helped with that, as well as a different design philosophy).
You will not find a version of this mod that works without T&L. You could try Circle of Lust, which is kinda similar (and from the same author that originally created this mod). It lacks SS integration, though. If that's of importance to you.

I was interested in trying out this mod, but whenever I try to enter the club, my game crashes on the loading screen.

No, not with this little information. It might be some mesh mismatch, but without a crash log, that's hard to say. Try to get a crashlog please: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/59818

can I enter the Dark desires club as a MALE? without quest, only to enjoy the vibe

*update: I know the location, I talked to the lady in front desk and I chose "I want to enter" (Pay 100 gold) -> loading (black screen) -> still in front of the lady

 

Note:

1. No Dark desire club on MCM even after typing "setstage ski_configmanagerinstance 1" on console

2. But when I run test it in-game (from Toys and Love run test), my character  can "COME" and the yellow bar on top left is showing and He came perfectly xD

 

So it means I only got 2 problems here,

1. No Dark Desire Club on MCM

2. Can pay 100 gold but can't enter (only load black screen and back to the front lady and I tried pay 100 gold again and still not working

No, there is not, reason is simply that even if the sex scenes were to use SL (which was the case in early versions of the mod) Toys & Love would still be required for various other things around the club.
You could perhaps use: https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/32554-the-circle-of-lust/ instead.

Questline seems buggy for me so far, took me a few save/reloads to have the initial arena area work properly and then right after that the "receive tasks from mistress" aspect I just can't get to work 

She's just permanently standing out front of my former cell with no new dialogue except for 1 "shopping quest" that every npc in the game tries to offer me, even after I follow every step in the arena and return to her when prompted.
