No gender directory for male or female actors FNIS

Hi, I've been having a few issues with getting animations to work in Skyrim, the characters just stand inside each other.

I've got animations loaded that involve gender specific stuff, a skeleton mod installed. I ran FNIS with HKX file compatibility check, I ran a consistence check, but I still can't get animations to work, and I keep getting the notification in FNIS that there is no gender directory for male or female. I also tried reinstalling a few of the animation packs, and that didn't do anything either. 

I'm using vortex

it seems you have done a rush install of all mods and did not tested . i highly advice you to pic one of the 2 guids in here : Guides & Tutorials - Index - Skyrim: Special Edition - LoversLab

 

 

you might have not activated sexlab in MCM and or you have mod Load Order issues you need to run Loot and sort your mods .

 

for the added animations did you install ' animation loader Mod ' ( SexLab Animation Loader SSE - Framework & Resources - LoversLab ) to register the animations in the mod MCM into sexlab registry .

I'm new for modding and stuff, followed a video for FNIS and didn't work.
tried disabling other mods that might've been conflicting...................but didn't work.
and if and only if i remove FNIF mod then the player is moving normally, otherwise it's just crucified 😒

99% of these cases are people not reading the output from FNIS. Copy-paste the entire thing here so that someone else can have a look at it, even if you think its all fine.
