NVSE needs to be version 0 and crashes with Extender

i couldn't get sexout to work since it told me i needed NVSE ver.0 which i thought was odd because i had just now got Fallout: New Vegas (for the pc anyway)and i saw on a post here that i had installed the extender wrong (i put it with the rest of NVSE and not in the plugins folder) but after i fixed that i can't load my game or start a new one, it just closes to desktop everytime. i don't understand what i could of done wrong seeing as how i only moved two files from where they shouldn't be to where they are supposed to be: fallout/data/nvse/plugins.

Any help here would be appriciated.
