I need help, because I had my skyrim moderated with adult mods and everything very optimized, I stopped playing a few days for other games, I went to play fallout new vegas with mods but when I made a new profile in vortex, my game happened to him something strange and it did not open to me and that for a long time I had the game prepared and with many mods.
But after that day when the skyrim returned, my game was corrupted and I had not installed new mods, and now that I try to make a new profile from 0, some mods are not activated as defeat and mods that do not appear if they say they are.
try everything in vortex, reinstall everything and nothing. I do not know what to do

In the image I show that I have the defeat installed, and it does not appear in the mod configuration

and another one appeared to me this character without textures

Almost all mods and their MCM are developed for SkyUI 5 and higher.
And if you start from scratch with the installation of mods, then:
- check the websites from which the mods are, what has changed - e.g. dependencies
- install the mods in packs / steps and not all at once

- some mods are also out of date or are no longer required. Sexlab Nude Creatures - I don't know when I would last need this

Just so you know:

Your load order of your mods is in your computers ram memory ... For all programs including skyrim or vortex. Not using or accessing a program or game file for x length of time will overwrite the cell that certain file are in with newer files. Unless you saved your load and plugin list in vortex aka backed up your modlist and plugin file list.

You will need to start fresh.... Just remember this time to make a backup of your mods load order and plugin list.

You are quoting the wrong post here.
The load order is saved in Plugins.txt (Appdata etc.) and does not change after a certain period of time. Likewise, the mods in the data folder do not change after a certain time.
The same applies to the saves in documents / skyrim.
Conclusion: If mods are installed regularly, Skyrim is started with the SKSE Launcher and no Steam Workshop Mods are subscribed - then you can take a 10-year break and continue playing where you left off. That the game no longer works with the same mods as years ago is only due to one reason - the mods have changed. With a regular mod installation, however, this does not matter, as no files are automatically "updated".

Thanks

My thinking of this situation was wrong.....had a similar thing happen to me and that was my hypothesis on what must have happen.

but when I made a new profile in vortex

Could that be the culprit?

You probably have now multiple profiles with various mods installed and some files are shared and some files are isolated between the profiles.

Like some esp get loaded but they miss the textures installed on another profile?

Even worse if you installed something manually.

From the pictures it also looks like it doesn't load the skyrim configuration files you created after first time starting skyrim via launcher ?
