Sounds like you need to pose this question in the Support Thread of whichever mod you use that causes that sort of slavery event.

SR has that guy who sets up shop just outside the Whiterun main gate. It's been a long time since I tried that mod. If it is SR then it could well be a bug. Whichever mod it is, more info is required with maybe a screenshot.
