Fomm - Custom Build - 0.14.11.13

Recommended Posts

No, just this:

The application was not properly launched (0xc000007b).

The same error shows for LOOT and all versions of BOSS newer than 2.1.1

http://www.reviversoft.com/blog/2013/11/how-to-solve-the-0xc000007b-unable-to-start-error/

What The Error Code Actually Means

That particular error code refers to an invalid image format. However, what the error code usually means is that you are trying to run a program that is intended to work with a 64 bit Windows operating system, but that you only have a 32 bit OS. There are a couple of other reasons why this might be happening as well, particularly if you know you have a 64 bit operating system, or have been able to run the program in the past. Here are some troubleshooting steps for you to follow.

Niv just to be clear, other than the (disabled / invisible?) auto-update, there is nothing 'new' in .5 vs .2 except the .net update right?

I've merged in your master (with refactor branch)

You should, I think, remove Post-Build action (signtool) as looks like you don't have installed Windows SDK

No logic in other modules not changed, except http://git.loverslab.com/prideslayer/fomm/commit/9dcaf34f3b2afcf460ea09ee1af601307d44523d#note_40 as it causing StackOverflow exception.

Ok. I've removed all the post build events tested, back to building ok. Updates pushed.

Only thing now is a build is resulting in a whitespace change to CsQuery.XML. Going to check that in and you can tell me if it shows up different after you build, meaning we have conflicting whitespace settings, or if it goes away.

Just got a message on NexusMods about fomm:

hay, i downloaded your fomm-fork, but it won't run.

i wonder if it's because i'm running wine in sabayon.

if that is the reason, will there be a day when

you get fomm-fork up and running in wine too? tx^_^

Interesting idea =)

Sorry if I am repeating what you already know. It just started happening for no apparent reason. The only thing I was doing was mucking around with deactivating and reactivating PN and MCM to get rid of the "grayed out" escape menu. Earlier I had been updating sexout.esm along with the core and data and installing the beta version of top of that.

Can you please send your complete load order and what mods are available in Package Manager?

As I see - this crash was on Fo3, not FNV.

That is what it looks like as well, but I selected New Vegas as the game to manage not F03. The following mods are available in package manager: Breeze formod, Breeze fix fomod, MCM v 1.5, Darn UI, Project Nevada Core, NVSE Extender v.12b2, Sexout NG Core 2.6.82, Sexout NG Data 2.6.80, Sexout NG Beta 83b5 and Weapon Mod Menu. Load order is difficult but here is what it was prior to upgrading Sexout:

I know longer have SSR in load. It appears I blew the attempt to hide my lengthy load order:(
Link to comment

It started working again. I think it probably had something to do with Darnified Ui . The DarnifiedUI esp was "empty" which I learned from opening WryeNV which I absolutely hate to use. I have always had problems getting Project Nevada Darnified ui and MCM to play nice together. This all started when my escape menu was "grayed" out. There is supposedly a patch on Nexus for MCM which fixes that bug but the patch is an empty esp. You download it but cannot extract it either with winrar of 7zip. I am totally stumped on how to fix this. A lesser but still annoying thing which has happened since I upgraded sexout  is that whenever I start a game I get a message telling me that sexout.esm should be loaded after all DLCs. Well, damnit it IS loaded after all DLCs.

Random other thing:  I'm using a save game manager + FOMM to switch between testing and playing.  Export Load order > Switch Save Profiles > Import Test Load Order.  When I do that, some plug-in (it's different every time) bitches about how it needs something else enabled as a master.  The odd thing is:  the master file is already enabled, the esp that's bitching is also enabled, but the Mod Order shows "NA" as if it wasn't enabled.  When I disable/reenable, the problem goes away.

Not a big deal, but a teeny issue nonetheless.

Thanks nya, I'll check it out. Planning to ditch that anyway, guess they forced my hand.

To the guy with the exceptions, I suspect foul play. SSR hasn't even been available for months.

Assuming. I am "the guy with the exceptions". I ended up reinstalling the game, getting the most current versions of SexoutNG, and SCR and no longer have SSR in load order.

BOSS is obsolete atm.

LOOT is new tool for load order with another syntax for master lists.

As we talked with prideslayer, we'll just include "Run LOOT" button into FOMM as first step, as implementing LOOT as library have some issues and will require more support work (as LOOT api is not finished and can change significally in next releases).
