Sims aren't getting pregnant even at 100% chance?

I've made two different saves and I just updated wickedwims, nisa, and mc command center so it can't be that any of those are outdated. I did just buy the university, bust the dust, and laundry day expansions so I'm not sure if one of those suddenly broke it. Both sims I've made are mermaids, which I'm not sure would affect anything cause I've done mermaid sims in the past and they've worked. I gave both of them the fertility perk as well, but I've still been getting nothing. None of the signs have been showing up under the buffs, I keep trying pregnancy tests and they're always negative. Even the regular try for a baby chances don't seem to be working. The only way I've gotten them pregnant is through the mc command center and cheating it in and giving it to them. Any ideas on what's going on?

Do you have any other mods installed that have an effect on pregnancy? If you do, there could be a conflict.

If you're running MCCC alongside WW, make sure both have pregnancies set to the same length.

No I have birth control and condoms turned off and everything on unsafe mode so nothing is used or taken.

Did you make the Pregnancy Chances 100% for both Player AND NPC's?

It has to be changed in 2 different menus or it won't work.

No I have npc's set for 25% so they aren't getting pregnant all the time and I've never had a problem leaving them at 25% while changing it for my played sims. I can try that, but if it makes all the npc sims get pregnant all the time then I'm not sure if that's better.

I have the pregnancies both set to 3 days, I haven't adjusted the length myself. I can check though just in case something did get moved.

I don't believe I have another mod for pregnancy installed besides one that gives bigger stomachs because I never liked how the normal ones looked. I can try removing that to see if that works.

Ok I figured it out finally after digging through the options to try out the suggestions everyone gave me. Somehow the override in the other pregnancy settings got turned off, and as soon as I turned it back on and tried again my sim got pregnant immediately. Thanks to everyone who commented and helped!
