GS Poses. What specific mods to install from the download subpage?

What is the process in installing GS Poses? Not really how to get it into MO2, I got that; the focus of this question pertains to GS Poses and the various versions on the author's modpage. Apparently there are some extra poses aside from the compilation mods available. I am using SLAL and Skyrim SE, so what should I install?

The versions marked SE for the things you want, evidently. There is a pose pack, an animation pack and several movement animation replacers. Read the download page for what they do exactly.
