Download an entire list of files from a post?

If this post should go in Technical Support instead of General Discussion do tell cause i wasnt sure. Anyway, is it possible to download an entire list of mods from a post? invidually clicking them is kind of annoying.

No. In fact, unless the author put links, instead of just a list, downloading them one at a time is a double pain in the ass.

Could you show an example of what you are talking about? In five years on this site, admittedly almost exclusively the Skyrim part, I have seldom if ever seen 'an entire list of mods' in a post.

How about right clicking in the browser and selecting view source, extracting the appropriate links from the the given HTML, then write a small batch program to throw those extracted links at 'wget'?  Other than that can't help.

Tried to view the code but cant find any of the file names in it.

There is a huge list of URLs to pages on different websites which in turn have various mods on them. There are also a lot of images on the LL page you linked to. There may even be some links to some mods on there too.

So the obvious point is that there is not anything like a list of mods links to even think of downloading easily or no.

The other obvious point is - how many of those mods could you have download in the time between you posting on here and you reading this post?

They could also stop embedding animated .gifs as their mod images, which I've found significantly bog down the time required to load into their pages for a file, not to mention the Downloads page itself - just saying.
