hi all

first of all thanks for mods amazing job !

 

i have problem with mod menager tho (my first time installing anything in yakuza)

 

i found site with tutorial but i cant properly scale the text on the site to see everything, i can see most text if i minimize site to 25% but cant read shit lmao

any ideas how to view this site correctly ?

This wasn't my first choice, but in the absence of better ideas, I decided to finish it up.

 

The slippers have been removed, and proper feet have been given to Y5 Haruka.

 

I did not use any material from the Y5 Nude Haruka mod. I knew I could do better, so I used what I knew without compromising anything. XD

I figured out how to make a shadow for the butt crack.

 

"Edit Mode > Highlight vertices > Vertex > Rip Vertices"

 

Separating the vertices creates a shadow line that defines the ass. Without it, you have a boring ass.

 

Anyway, here's the nude variant for the yukata mod. I tried my best to replicate what I managed in Y6. It's not an exact copy. I still can't find a reliable method to sculpt it. >__>

This also includes the butthole I added. I have no bloody idea how to sculpt one.

 

NOTE: The mod includes the idol headset. These screenshots don't reflect that due to early testings. ?

It never occurred to me to try modding the T-Set girls outside of Princess League 1.

Well, now that I have, I discovered that modding the T-Set girls won't break the lighting.

 

How should I mod them...?

 

EDIT: I take back what I said. Only the lights in Princess League 3 work fine. The lights in Princess League 2 will break. What a shame. ?

Oh, this is just great...

I tried out the Y5Haruka Nude mod I made several months back, and I just noticed it's missing a file. So damn frustrating. >__<

 

Well, I'm not going to fix it. I'd rather make a version 2 of the nude set. (If I ever find the conviction to do it)

EDIT: Her "flashback hair" and "school hair" are completely different, despite both being long hair. Also, there is a file for "long hair physics", but it looks messy when it swings around during the dancing. I don't think the physics for long hair is designed for extreme movement. I found out how to fix the hair in Y5 now. Turns out, this method below:

-"Merge all hair as one"-

This only applies to cutscene models. While the method below which is used for most Yakuza games:

-"Merge all hair as one, export, then import, highlight the hair in "Edit Mode" and "Separate" using "By Loose Parts", export it again"-

This only applies to gameplay models.

 

IN OTHER WORDS, YOU HAVE TO USE BOTH METHODS FOR Y5 MODDING!!!

THIS IS WHY YOU DOCUMENT THIS SHIT INSTEAD OF MAKING JOKE MODS, YOU FUCKS!!!!!

Okie dokie, after some extensive testing (and believe me, the testings were LONG), I have concluded that using the most established method in fixing the hair transparency issue:

-"Merge all hair as one, export, then import, highlight the hair in "Edit Mode" and "Separate" using "By Loose Parts", export it again"-

Can be used for modding the cutscene models in Yakuza 5 as well, much to my surprise.

Again, this is why documenting what works and what doesn't is important in the long run. So eager modders can create mods and not worry about fucking up.

 

I should be about done with the Hatsune Miku mod. Just need to make a new hair piece and we're good.

 

I regret to announce that the "physics hair" cannot be fixed. Like, it works just fine after editing the weight painting, but the hair transparency cannot be fixed. I have tried the two methods and neither work. I might have to leave it out of the finished mod. (Unless nobody is too bothered by it, I guess. The hair transparency issue isn't too noticeable)

If the transparency isn't that bad, you can make two versions, one with and one without. Also, as for ideas to lewd the Miku costume, you could make the skirt shorter so her butt is visible.
