Yakuza 5 has 5 playable characters. Haruka becomes playable in the third chapter. You can look for saves if you want to skip straight to her part.

I've updated the guide with more information. Should be much easier to understand. It also includes the Blender project for the nude body mod. The guide explains the why.

And here's the Haruka mod. I have combed over nearly every part that causes an outfit change. From gameplay to ALL cutscenes. TOO BAD I CAN'T SHARE THIS ANYWHERE ELSE. >__<

Am afraid not all cutscenes. See for example Final Chapters. Not sure if the vanilla has been filmed in the making of Yakuza 5 or is that the model located somewhere else and we don't know where.

 

Edit: Or.. is that the Haruka model is linked with other model such as Kiryu or Tset girls or etc.. under 1 .par file.

1. Part 3 > Chapter 2

= The rest of the cutscenes are okay. i can see her nude. But the first clip... She is wearing clothes when Tsets girls destroy her gift.

2. Final Chapter: Dreams Fulfilled or you can watch the cutscenes from the menu > Memories> Finale > Final Chapter

= She isn't nude in the stadium when she is singing with Tsets on stage. I think her outfit should be from c_aw_haruka_3set. (if it isn't then let me know which one)

Got proof of that? If there is a file which play this scene like a film(example like logo from the very beginning) then maybe i believe you. Coz i'm lazy to search over the audio, sounds, effects or whatnot. lol

It's just a video that shows the cutscene instead of the game engine using your PC to render the cutscene in real time.

Consequentially, this means that model swaps or replacements won't appear in the cutscene since it's been prerendered instead of being rendered in real time.

You don't need a mod for that. You just need to find the file for it and replace Haruka's default model.

I found the correct outfit (c_aw_haruka_idol_ex_b) in Auth, but bringing it over to adv is creating some strange results.
