The arms don't bend normally in Blender. You get this weird deformation if you try. It's not as clean as the models in Zero/Kiwami/DE engine games.

It mostly has something to do with the skeleton. Don't think I can fix this...

Had to learn "Weights Transfer" to pull this off. (Finally, ugh...)

A swimsuit costume ported from "Yakuza: Zero". The weights between Y5 and Y0 are not compatible, so weight transferring from a Y5 model to the Y0 model is important. There is also a difference in skeleton. Y5 has a simple skeleton, while Y0 has a complex skeleton.

Seems to work fine so far. Haven't figured out the hair transparency fix yet. The solution isn't the same as the one in Kiwami. >_>

I've hit a technical issue. This is the best I can do.

 

This mod replaces the gameplay, cutscene, and minigame of Haruka's Idol 1 outfit.

A second, optional, mod replaces the outfit of the T-SET girls. This only affects their outfit in the "Princess League 1" minigame. However, using any T-SET mods will cause a lighting error for Haruka.

 

Do not use both together.

 

Oh, and finally, a modding tip.

If you want to fix the hair in Yakuza 5, you have to MERGE IT ALL INTO ONE. This is the only known reliable method as far as I am aware.

Modding the T-Set girls means giving Haruka a hard time. Only for the minigame, unfortunately.

Anything outside of the minigame is fine, though.

That's fine by me, outside the mini game is my goal haha!

 

Off the wall question, since I'm not home to look/dig into this is there a possibility to make the random female NPCs around town potentially nude too? Or is that going too far lol

You might have to give such a model a collar to cover up the neck, as said model will be shared by several NPCs, which can potentially lead to different necks.

But I dunno, I never tried it for NPCs.

So I'm tinkering around and learning as I go and paying close attention to your guide 

 

Since I'm a beginner, I'm just using your base haruka nude body to practice putting Hana's head on it. Again, I'm a total noob at everything like this. Is this the right direction to head in? I'll have pics later

 

 

I seem to be struggling at the texture part..no idea on how to import hanas face over to body. I see all purple

Be sure to give the Kiwami 1 guide a read. It has info that makes modding easier for Yakuza 5.

Check materials. Make sure the texture is in the same folder.

Is the Kiwami 1 guide in the files you shared?is that the folder that I export the blended model too?

 

When I get in game, I have a case of the floating hands and head. No body lol xD

 

(I'm using this on Harukas agent Yamaura btw) trying to practice and get her nude

Only the necks were adjusted to fit, as well as some minor weight painting. Everything else is the same.

I think they're referring to the breast size. Those are from Yakuza Kiwami's MesuKing models. The actual girls aren't that big.

This might work better for the 3rd song. The 2nd song has a lot of dancing, which doesn't really work for this outfit, I think...

 

I also might need to custom edit this. The shine on the fishnet is a bit distracting, and the overall outfit seems a bit lacking. I might have to get decorative. ? (Can't change the heels, sadly.)

I was and yeah that makes more sense lol. Didn't remember them looking that big when I played so I thought I must of had my eyes closed when they were on screen lmao

Doing some in-game tests.

I changed the tail for a pom. I thought the fluffiness would work better as a "fluffy tail", but enlarging it sorta kills the illusion. (Or maybe it needs to be bigger...)

I think I'll keep this outfit for this music. I just need to change the high heels into platform shoes to accommodate the dancing.

Hey, so can i just swap files or something or do i need the ryu mod manager for these to work? Cause i looked up a tutorial and didnt  understand a thing, especially "load order" why would it matter or rather how am i supposed to know the load order when even the mod "manager" doesnt know (cause i certainly dont lol, all i know is the ladies should be skimpified : D )

Put the name of the mod folder in the list, regardless of order.
