Infinite loading screen after death?

So far everything seems to be working as intended. Except when dying. It just becomes an infinite black screen, where I can't even click out of the game properly. Any ideas?

Only mods I have are
devious devices,
devlously cursed loot,
submissiveLola, 
Devious followers, 
Prison overhaul.

And their required mods.

Could it perhaps be its because I didn't start a new game? Or perhaps because I died with a follower to a modded quest?
I'm generally uncertain as to what it is. I have run bodyslide, fnis and using vortex for skyrim special edition.

Status Resolved: Starting a new game seems to have fixed it.

some of those mods make cell edits to the game world (In particular, Prison Overhaul(POP) and Deviously Cursed Loot(DCL) for certain).  Try starting a new save game and see if you get the same behavior.

no, I just expected it to go back to my last save or in any sense become playable, because at the moment its like a black screen crash. Either that or it takes more than 10 minutes to load and I became impatient. I can try test again, while doing something else. Maybe it will do something, but I personally doubt it. I can't click out of the game when it happens, and no loading screen shows up with tips or such.

I am admittedly quite a newbie at modding. Started 3 days ago, so its very possible i'm doing things wrong. This is mostly trial and error for now.

Does ctrl-alt-del and clicking on task manager help? If not then click on Task Manager - Options - And click "always on top".

When this occurs I can't even enter the task manager. I have logged out as user instead to fix it.

I have put it as always on top now. ? I also plan to try a new save soon, just experimenting and waiting on a few more answers.

Okay, so now I have tried this. It says the game isn't responding when it occurs. Is it worth waiting then?

After scouring the internet. I have noticed there's a lot of mods that supposedly fixes crashes. Are these worth downloading?

I wasn't very far into the game, so i've decided to make a new save and see how it goes. I will keep it updated, and let everyone know if it fixed it. Thank you for everyone's help. ?

I will still check out the links, to get a better understanding of modding. It is a little hard for me to understand everything as English isn't my native language, but I appreciate the nice community and quick help. Means a lot!
