Sexlab Nude Creatures is pretty old.  To get everything up and running I would recommend this guide, it has instructions for both Legendary Edition (32 bit) and Special Edition (64 bit).  Edit: If you follow this guide, you should remove Sexlab Nude Creatures, as it has been incorporated into More Nasty Critters in the newer versions.

I came back here to say I solved the problem.
The solution is this:
Uninstalled all creature mods, reinstalled again, and changed the loading order.
And I changed the (MoreNastyCritters) for what I had here on a pendrive, because what I downloaded was not compatible with the creature mods here.
I installed this one (MoreNastyCritters_v11_4C.7z) and now it's perfect, the troll is back up and running.?

Essence is for humans, not friendly creatures.
You saw the picture I posted, that is a Troll and not an NPC.

Thanks already I managed to solve the problem those messages were with the mod of name (untamed) it makes the messages of the creature appear.
The only way to make the messages disappear is to kill your animal, because then it leaves your faction and the messages disappear.

In SexLab mod there is an option if you leave the box unchecked all creatures will be male.
But if a creature is female, the mod doesn't make a female creature have an erection.
This is the case with this troll there, he is of female race the mod put his penis in him, but he will never stay erect, as it is a female troll.
I found another ice troll and this one was male and it worked he was erect during the sex act.
