3:00AM Posted August 18, 2021 Posted August 18, 2021 Hello, Today I got a new issue with my Skyrim SE. I was kindly smiting some Draugrs in Skuldafn while i decided to quick save my game. Maybe 5 minutes later, after a grueling and laborious combat, I unfortunately fell. I, of course, instantly died and when i tried to load my save, all of my plugins were disable. So i quit Skyrim, went on Vortex and re-enabled all of the plugins i had but this glitch figured to happen everytime i tried to load a game from a certain point. I finally managed to fix it by simply loading a previous save i made some days ago. The problem is that i once more, tried to quick save and instantly reload and the bug was still there. I've got a lot of mods, something like 500 but my game was well working until today and i don't remember doing anything that could cause such an issue.

When you find several plugins turned off, you almost certainly find Masters (ESM) . Coincidentally, it could happen that they go off , Frequently, you may be missing some fixes Bug Fixes

After some manipulations i managed (by idk? disabling some plugins maybe?) to load the same previous save that i loaded earlier today. I tried to quick save and reload from there but the game loaded the other quick save that i tried to load earlier and made me come o n this forum. In fact, when i load this save, it seems like a lot of plugins/mods are disabled and some are reset. Also, the loading of a save takes very long. I got a ton of issues with my Skyrim game but no one like this. I tried to find, as always, a thread on the internet that could help me but i found nothing... Edit: Vortex tells me that i've got too much plugins Edit2: not anymore

Ahhhhhhh i finally understood lmao. Yea i'm dumb. Well i put 'quick save' by 'mistake' because it's the wole system of saving that is broken in my game.

As i've got more than 800 hours on the same game, my save files are a bit too heavy for the game. What i did is enabling the setting 'SaveGameMaxSize' in Engine Fixes files. I did not see it first as it is an experimental setting. Thank you for your informations. You put me on the right path about the fixes.

I don't run SE so I don't understand what the problem with saves, quick or otherwise, is. I don't know if it is relevant here but The LE version works wonders.
Tlam99 Posted August 21, 2021 Posted August 21, 2021 the cleaner does not work with SE. But use pcb regulary. This game is about 500h and ALL quest done, all caves discovered. Level 51 because I throttled the leveling down with a dll, skills can go up to 155 The save size didn't change the last 100 hours, or just really small amount, as soon I added a new follower or so. Use pcb regulary, this helps. With the fix I can go at least go to the double size of a save. Spoiler

I start to cry if I have one ? (2 QeUn after 1200 hours) QueuedUnbinds are stuck Dialogue Quest or Reward Quests that never recovered as far as I understand it. Stuck forever, unless probably you stop those quests via console manually. So far DF likes to create those and sometimes vanilla Skyrim. ?️For higher QueuedUnbinds awareness. ?

Do you mean a LAL save (base save) and just a pic from the ReSaver? I still have a few from updating/exchanging mods I usually make a new LAL save and a new running game save after changing something on the LO in addition to saves after cleaning Spoiler Or does the v6 version of ReSaver have new functions like exporting all the shown information? savename RTRon93 means the game got 93 modifications during it's lifetime

Sooo, I was wrong, thought all those unbounds relate to this Serana stuff. But, it's even less dangerous, just one where I did not cash the reward. Most are timed, say my followers play a idle with an instrument, they are attached on the fly. spank that ass, I guess is similar. BBS Suite, bedwarmer quest, this does not work with FG, only with OStim. One SOS, I assume, because I changed pubes to ones what do not have the attach pubes to males bug. Assume it's related to this. Actually, there is 1 unbound quest where I lost a huge amount of gold. The explanation might not point to the proper quest, but roughly. To lazy to write this s..t down. Those QueuedUnbinds don't seem to make the game unstable. I just fear that they can cause dialogue options to fail. My 2 QuUn are: One from a vanilla quest reward that got stuck somehow (never happened before, my guess my poor PC got overrun by all sorts of lewd mods before the dialogue could be finished properly) One is from a DF dialogue. I have a 100% chance on every given game to get a stuck DF dialogue in QuUn ?♂️ I check my saves after every game session to see if some newly added or updated mod went crazy.
