So I currently am a slave to my follower and I've also fulfilled my 15days contract with her.
But there's an issue. I tell her "I'm don't want to be your slave anymore"
The dialogue goes on, I'll keep my name as Lola, she tells me before I let you go you have to feel pain too, I kneel but she doesn't whip me.
 

So I can't get my freedom without the animation playing.

I also don't want to suspend all the events cause I may want to be enslaved by someone else. Just want to get rid of her

Usually even if the animation fails there will be a timeout and the quest continues. There seems to be something really stuck on your Dom.

Did you try to load a save before it happened?

Maybe your Dom got distracted by another mod?

Do you have SS++ installed in case you set in MCM a chance to end up there after the enslavement ends?

Yup! The whipping animations plays just fine in other situations. I also loaded saves but it doesn't work.
and besides Submissivelola I have BondageFurnitureWorld and intractive BDSM mod installed. 

and if you mean simple slavery plus plus, no, I don't have it installed.

I'm not sure how that can mess things up. I mean if your Dom gets called for a BFW scene everything might get stuck.

Did you try and wait 1 hour ingame, sometimes that clears stuck quests.

There is one more thing you can try:

In ZAP MCM look for player AI and choose "remove AI" (I can't remember the exact function names)

After that reactivate the AI player control again, maybe that helps?
