I play with fast travel disabled, so I just discovered they were gone after doing my second Mule run for Nisha, to the Pastor in DC.

 

I haven't installed anything new, other than the NR 5.04x updates.

 

I am still on v5.04g.

 

 

 

 

 

During the Mule Quest for Nisha, the fast travel icons inside DC are removed so you have to go through Keyshawn to enter. Or so I thought.      G

I'm thinking I may have to report back to Nisha. I got side tracked by Ivy's backup processor and  nasty Customers.

 

I will upgrade to 5.04h, and get back to Nisha and let you all know if this is the issue.

 

Also,

 

Keyshawn is at the gate, but the door is open, so I think you may me on to something.

I figured it out, I needed to talk to Clement one more time. After talking and the following AAF scene the quest advanced, and directed me to talk to Nisha.

I have a suggestion for the mod....

 

Would it be possible to allow us to kill Colter, become Overboss, and have Overbitch Harlowe return to Nuka World to be your "Dominatrix", but we would be the Overboss?

 

I don't think we would need to do the capture the park quests (I prefer the NR storyline). Maybe fed up with with Colter and challenge him to a duel in the arena. Harlowe hears of your fame and returns to Nukaworld and her daughter, your battle harem moves into your Japanese garden, etc....etc...

 

Thoughts?

upload your buffout log.  It is most likely a conflict with another mod or a load order problem and the log will show where NR is being loaded.....vortex might show it last, but it lies all the time.  Make sure that NR is loaded last in the plug-ins.  This is a must....the load order fixes a huge amount of problems that people have.  If you have vortex, I posted how to fix the load order the proper way a few pages back.

sorry I'm not sure how to upload that and I can't for the life of me find the post you're talking about :<  Far as I can tell this mod is last in the order and still nothing, I've fast travelled, waited a few days and I still can't talk to the bot.

 

Alright so for some reason getting the eyebot killed worked out, didn't do it on purpose (bunch of bloatfly's attacked) then was able to grab the job offer off the body, so far everything is working as intended afterwards?

I like it, or Harlowe shows up to the fight and all 3 reign over Nuka World. OB isn't so bad in his own way.

You know if you fight OB in the cage Nuka World reverts to vanilla, right?   G

Well, my PC took a dive and is doing some weird shit. I will not be reporting on NR till I see a repair shop.????

I will return, hopefully sooner than later..........G

Right, I don't want to lose NR, if I fight the OB. But I also don't wan to do the capturing NW stuff. 

 

Basically, becoming OB only gives us the ability to do the raider boss stuff, and raid the commonwealth, etc... Otherwise, the NR quest line if far superior to the vanilla.

The first thing that comes to mind is that there is another mod blocking dialogues with eyebots but Duke is a different race than normal eyebots. I don't know why you couldn't talk to him.

look on page 263 and you will find how to get NR to load last in Vortex.  I show pictures...

Is there a way of triggering fan meetings, command or otherwise, or does the player just keep wandering around until one randomly triggers? 

 

Also really like the touch of asking overboss for permission to go to the commonwealth, adds a nice power dynamic, i think a feature i'd appreciate is a slider setting the number of hours you're allowed to be away for in the mcm, just giving a little more flexibility.

Recently went back to playing a bit of fallout 4 after not having played it for years.
Even though its synth voiceover and lots of alignment issues"not ur mod its AAF animation problem, even when using the official guide", hands down best mod Ive played with fallout 4 thus far.

Just go anywhere with people.  Eventually it will trigger.

Will we see future content at the galactic park with the roller coaster? Would be so cool to ride that with Music in a story update when you finish that other mod.

Yeah, that's the next quest. I already have all the script to liberate the galactic park ready, I just needed to write the quest. I was getting a bit saturated, I kind of needed to give the story a break. Now that I'm fully into the other mod, I'm getting fresh ideas for Nuka Ride little by little. 

 

There are definitely a lot of things I still want to do for version 5. I'll leave he other park for NR6. the one with the castles.

 

If you want to play the secret quest that is unfinished (do not save the game during this quest).

Go to your apartment. There are no notifications. 

 

Tests are missing and the dialogs are probably going to be changed. If I remember correctly, one of the dialogs implies that Elder Maxson has not yet arrived in Nuka World, which is not the case. Things like that.

It seems to me that you didn't have a conversation with the Overboss when Maxson left your apartment. The OB is waiting for you down the hall from your apartment once Maxson leaves.

The only condition is that you must be wearing Nuka Ride clothes. And if I remember correctly there is a small cooldown of half an hour / 1 hour before the next fan calls your attention again. 

 

(Game time, not real time).

 

Oh, and only in DC and your settlements.

Okay, so I got up until the early parts with Charlotte. And I do have a few criticisms.

1: I get that your not a native English speaker, which accounts for some of the broken English, and that's fine; But that combined with the obvious TTS (Text To Speech) sound files used for the dialogue, that sound overly mono-toned and rushed, with the often mispronounced simple words; Kinda makes the whole story more comical than I think was intended.

I mean when it pronounces 'Cappy's Cafe', 'Cappy's Kayf'. Or when it says 'V.I.P.s' as a word of 'vips'. It's really difficult to keep from laughing.

 

And 2: For some reason, the CWSS shower in the Apartment doesn't work, I had to place one in the Garden to have one. Is that just me? Or is there some load order I need? Like having CWSS redux lower in the load order or something?

 

Still, besides that, it is a fun mod so far. And very impressive none the less.

I'm gonna leave the part about the dialogue and voiceover alone.  You're allowed to have an opinion.  But I will say that JB didn't create the voiceover files.  Those were made by a good samaritan, and I for one am damned glad to have them.

 

As for your second point,  I and others have reported the opposite problem.  Instead of one toilet and shower in the player apartment, a second will spawn over the original.  These are easily removed in the console with the disable command.  I haven't seen anyone report that the shower is completely missing.  I'd check your install on CWSS and make sure nothing is overwriting it somehow.

Yeah, it's just my opinion, and I think they could be better if a better TTS engine was used. Nothing more, nothing less. And yes, it's better than having full silence, but with the unintended comical effect it has, it's not much better. I'm just sayin'.

 

Well the shower/toilet are not 'missing', and there's only 1 of each. It's just that those ones in the apartment just give a default 'click' noise when I try to activate them, like they don't work. When I placed one in the garden from the CWSS workshop menu, it works fine. So I'm pretty sure it's not CWSS that's the problem. That is unless I need to have it lower in the load list.
