I personally don't use CBBE, but I have a profile on Vortex just to test Nuka Ride's CBBE clothing. Sorry I'm not much help, but I can't replicate the ctd.

What body preset are you using for cbbe ? If you continue to have issues. Just tell me what cbbe preset you using and I will gladly build the clothes for you for that body. It takes like two min

Ok i see a lot of friends having a hard time with cbbe, so here are the meshes, just place them in :\Fallout 4\Data\Meshes\Nuka Ride this should fix all your headaches, fair to say i dont use this so i didn't tested it, just took a look in the meshes and looked fine, but i dont know if theres issues, like clipping.

I choosed an old preset, kind of neutral, i can make the same with a couple more if you want them.

That may be the reason you are having ctd... 

Is that outfit the only one with ctd? if you are installing mods like... CBBE you must have the Data directory

well everything else (every mod, every other outfit) is working fine, except party outfit, overboss slut, high heel bunny cbbe, bunny cbbe. Bodyslide always tells me where it builds the CBBE body, right? i dont have that meches folder where its says its building it inside my data folder

Ok in this pic you are showing that there is a Data directory in F:\ that's where you have to copy my meshes, may be you have 2 installations, i can't see the drive in the previous picture, but follow the path of this picture.

Nice, there you must have a meshes\Nuka ride directory, unrar the files there and start the game, click  on Typ, outfit studio cant work without those directories, they must exist, check if they are hidden files for some reason

I'm guessing you mean like this? If i've done it right i still have CTD and whats with the body thats built but not creating any folder? And no there are no hidden folders i've checked multiple times

Yep think so too. Ive been testing it from petite to custom presets I made and they all worked. Since its using another mod for the textures I think he should redownload that whole pack again.

Thats correct, is the right place, unless you have a diferente configuration on outfit studio, check that out, theres something weird going on, as i tought you'll may have a missing or broken texture, download and reinstall the outfits, make sure of the path, if you dont have Meshes, textures, tools directories theres something very wrong.

I'm pretty sure you have an old version, because that was exactly a problem a few months ago. Re-download Nuka Ride CBBE V1.2 please.

If you are using MO2 you must remember that mo2 uses a virtual folder. Nothing is written to your FO4 folder. Try these few steps first. Download those required armor mod packs first reinstall them with MO2. Then disable the esps in the right pane (plugins). Leave them enabled in the left as nuka ride looks for the textures from that mod. Then make sure nuka ride is installed below them. Ok so far so good. Now run bodyslide and outfit studio through MO2 not directly. That is so bodyslide find the right directories. Choose the nuka ride cbbe outfit pack from the list next to the little magnifying glass. Click ok. Now hold left ctrl and click the batch build button. It will now ask you where you want the files. Make sure the folder is the MO2 overwrite folder. Once its finished building you can quit bodyslide and outfit studio. Now on the left pane at the bottom you will have files in your overwrite folder. Right click overwrite and pick create mod. Then just enable it like any other mod and you should be set.
