So I've noticed in the expanded armour mod edit in this thread we're still getting sprites with shoes despite some of the pics showing otherwise . I think in one of the latest patches the dev internally swapped around how the sprites are used .

 

So I did a quick and dirty edit to get rid of most of the shoes from the 3 classes for females . I didn't do it for all clothing because I think that's a little too dumb but now there's some variety in what outfits are barefoot and not . I also skipped males because I prefer them with boots ?

 

All I did was make the leg files transparent so it makes the shoes invisible and I've attached the edits I did in this post , you may backup files if you want and this effects both the main assets + mod assets folders .

Install: Just extract the 7z archive to the game's root folder where the exe is located !

I hope I'm not necroposting too hard, but I was wondering if this thread was still active. I've been working on modding the game and have gotten the first sprite edit finished.

Unfortunatly its difficult to maintain the hype since we have no "real" modder that share stuff ^^
If stuff are posted, no doubt it will atract more ppl and new modders.
 

This game is pretty "easy" to mod, and the ingame story editor allow real sex content, it just need to attract more users imo

Nice edit dude, and yeah there are users lurking, but pretty much nobody has stepped in and become the flagship modder for wildermyth

There is several talented creators who posted a few things and some very promising stuff, but no proper release yet.
Maybe Wildermyth isn't popular enough to keep people motivated to work on it despite his awesomeness and sexy mods possibilities ?

If the creators here joined force i think we would have something great already! Maybe a discord to share stuff, skill and idea directly like ppl made for Warhammer 3 sexy content?

I've had some problems with using character's skin tone for the comic strips and haven't really found an elegant way to solve it though. Right now I have to manually add aspect to the character that signifies a skin tone and enemies have to have a rape attack for each different skin tone. All in all, as it stands right now, that means that the player can't freely use any skintone for their characters if they don't want them to mismatch with the comics.

Hmmm, sadly I don't think Wildermyth has a very active modding community. Tons of mods exist, but they seem fairly simple...

Not sure if anyone is still messing with this game, but the nude mods in this thread just make my people look all jumbled up. Is there a fix? I tried the posted one, and it still looks the same.

Really hoped that adult modding for this might have picked up but for reasons that escape me, this game just seems to fly under everyone's radar.

 

With regards to the nude skins posted earlier, there have been more updates since then that rearranged where body parts go so it won't work at all now, I have, however, made a quick and dirty cut of the three nude torsos posted earlier and pasted them into the new layout. I've briefly tested it and it seems to be working, so I'll share the .png I pieced together here as I'm sure someone, somewhere will appreciate it:

Honestly, hoping for someone to come along and do it for ya is way too.. idealistic, unfortunately. Don't get me wrong, I hope for the same thing lol. However, sometimes you just have to be that person that just 'Does it', ya know?

Be the change you want to see. I.E. current lack of lewd mods for Wildermyth, brush up on some skills and start it off yourself and more will generally follow suit : )

I dont exactly have any talent to speak of or money to throw around but I may have to put a bounty up for a few mods for Wildermyth. It still has more potential than most games for this sort of content.

I've made one called "Stanfreed's Spicy Events" at the Steam workshop, though it's rather tame compared to what I can make here. (Didn't realize loverslab had a section for Wildermyth)

Ohhhh, you made that? I saw that one. I have it, but haven't used it yet lol. Been waiting to see if any lewd mod would come out.
