A lot of potential with this one, there is already a bikini chainmail mod on the workshop. Should be pretty easy to add kinky items and events.

I already tried my hand at it. I made a lewd version of the basic gorgon deer enemy and managed to make wounding event where the heroine wounded by the deer is raped by it. But there is still much to learn. I'll release it when it has more content.

I hope that there will be mods similar to Crusader Kings for Wildermyth, because the turn-based combat and character development are already amazing.

 

A female and male nude body would be a great start to create custom combat and travel events.

More than likely going to write one, I have some experience there. This head's empty right now but any events that people want to see I want to try and implement.

That's big of you. Off the table for me is rape/bad ends, snuff, ageplay, gore--I'm looking for more wholesome, softer, more comedic stuff that I feel like is more in line with Wildermyth's overall vibe. I've already got a few ideas with incest, bar bets, exhibitionism/voyeurism, etc. bouncing around.

Honestly though if anyone has ideas just shoot em out, if I don't write it I'm sure someone else would be happy to. I'm just trying to get some discussion going here.

Well, I only have some basic stuff for now:
1. 'Single and Mingle'. When a hero is single, there's a chance they will go off to try and find a one-night stand which could result in A. a romance with a recruit potential B. an item left behind by one-night stand partner C. enemies get attracted to the soul and they have to fight.
2. 'Aphrodisiac Flower'. Heroes with romantic relationship discover a field of flower and decide to pick some. It's turn out the flower produce aphrodisiac substance, and they ended up turned on and have sex. The result is A. The noise attract enemies, the Corrupted faction. B. It attract a plant spirit and both heroes receive tier 2 plant weapons C. This one is up to you.

3. 'Village of Women'. Discover if at least one male in the party. The party stumble onto a village with only woman, all men went off to fight a bunch of the lizardmen faction and never came back. So the villager ask your male heroes to impregnate them so the village can live on. You can refuse and that's the end of it. Or accept and get a few items along with some resource, but your male heroes also lose a quarter of their healthy since this is a grueling process.

That's all I got, but I have some ideas that appeal to slavery kink so I will reserve them for now.

Somehow I can't mod the human body,

either the "human.png" in

assets\figures\images\human

or the parts in the

assets\figures\images\human\unpacked folder

I replaced both of them but doesn't seem to take any effect.
modding outfits in \misc does work though

it seems the only way for modding those to take effect somehow is directly replace the human.png file.

Wholesome stuff, huh?  What about something related to encountering dryads or other mythological seducers?  Sirens, incubi, fae creatures, etc.?  Maybe you find out that someone you've known a long time isn't human.  There could be small scenes or large branches to support these.

I will certainly keep an eye on this thread because I think Wildermyth has a lot of potential. However it hasn't matured in the SFW modding scene let alone the NSFW modding scene. That said, its only been out for half a year, takes much longer than that for a modding scene to build real momentum, especially for indie games.

The big issue I can see is that the game seems keeps a persistent character reference (I don't know the technical terms and I hope I am making sense here), and so it might be quite difficult to have scenes where characters undress then redress because the game will either refuse to change the armour/clothing temporarily or if they do may mean that the character will lose the equipment they had before the scene (interesting for 'defeat' scenes I suppose).

Most adult mods seem to have adjustable features, so ideally everyone could have their way. I'm not sure about Wildermyth, I haven't seen any cases where you can tweak particular mods like Skyrim or Rimworld. Still, there could be a wholesome version and a gritty version?

 

I think another problem is the time consumption mechanic. I know there is a mod that decreases the 'years of peace' but it still doesn't feel like enough, not to mention that doing things on the map also uses time up and characters can age via that. Perhaps adult mods need Wildermyth to become much more of a sandbox without time or campaign pressures to be enjoyable?

It might be that the developers made sure that modding can only add and not replace things in the base game? I'm not sure about this though as there is a mod that replaces the throwing knife texture.

but the basic human body just won't be replaced with a mod file for whatever reason.

Can't believe this game hasn't more sexy mods ?
compared to Darkest Dungeon it has lot more possibilities, the issue i think is the childish/cartonish artstyle. though with some  Workshop mod we can make more detailled characters already.
