I found out about it from that mod page too.
I really like the animation and would love to have it, but I couldn't find out which mod it was in, so I decided to ask here.

I asked the same question in another community and got the same answer.
The Gif image of the walking animation on the page in question looks very similar, so I installed it and checked it, but it seems to be different.

This unfortunatly is not a animation that I know of, its actually a GIF file from SEX.com, when I saw It I had contacted the author for permission to use it and it was granted, Trust me, I wish this was a Skyrim Animation too ?

The general tone of the walk (hip roll) reminds me of FNIS setting 5. (the only one I use except for Sha, who doesn't seem to take to it).  But it really doesn't seem to directly correspond to any Skyrim walk I've seen so far. like I said, closest I can see is FNIS "sexy walk"  #5
