NGS2 and NGRE worked. I haven't tested NGS1. I noticed it's only pulling textures with the name L...but in NGS2 and NGRE there are R_ textures as well which I assume is right side. Think I'll need to modify the code to fetch the R textures as well.

 

Looking at the source code it's only searching for L_

-Works on Ninja Gaiden part 3 (2 works with some renaming)

-Can't swap models between part 2 and 3

-Need to unpack databin first

-Not sure what happens when you swap in a DOA 5 .tmc (most likely results in error without adjusting skeleton)

-Models aren't fully identified. Might be hard to find characters since the game uses abbreviation like mzk for Mizuki

-Ryu's default model is number 705

Kasumi's hair models means she can have more swaps than anyone else

 

#Facial animations don't always work. Check the pictures to see. Face rig is probably in the model and needs to be adjusted for who you swap to

Regarding the Genshin video, I was able to swap ryu to fiend genshin with genshin's attack animations, but there are a few problems:

Movement is bugged

Attacks don't register, damage from enemies crashes the game

No fire effects and voice like in the video

Doesn't hold any weapon correctly

What I have tried: replacing dragon sword with genshin's sword and .dat files, replacing r_ryu and e_ryu files with genshin's

.dat files have the animations stored it seems

Also, I saw some texture work and things. The Blue/Purple Mist in NGS2... Is this based in texture or particle? If texture, in future we could make REAL blood, RED blood... Instead of Purple/Blue Mist.

There is a video explaining everything and I see here some TMC tools.

 

Can someone get this updated version? It asks for chinese number.

I don't know about the perspective here and general. But I'm looking much more than just "nude" thing for Sigma 2. Change blood, change corpse texture to show flesh and if possible with HEX, change the time before limbs disappear. At last, make Sigma 2 a decent thing.

Any idea how can I swap animation in Sigma 2. I replaced Ryu with momiji for use in story/chapter challenges but now she uses Ryu's animation.

 

Also how can I swap weapons to bring Naginata for swapped momiji. Same for Momiji's bow.

she might need to keep his animations I think since her and the other Kunoichi don't have any water related animations.

Well at least her standing, walking & fighting animation can be swapped. If possible.
