I tested this Mod right now without others Mods in my folder and it worked normally until the reward of traits, for both Dominant and sub. If someone is having some problem, I suggest to do the 50/50 method to see which one is conflicting with them and comment here to help other players.

Hello there, loving the mod but like others I am still getting multiple duplications in the Romantic pie menu and if I take your mod out the error completely disappears.

Have you ever tested without other Mods in your folder to see if it's not some other that's causing this? Because I played without other Mods and it worked normally and I'm also trying to figure out which other Mod is causing this stuff.
Please describe in more detail and cite which item is duplicated. If you have a print, it will also help you understand.

I have now run the game with just MC Command Centre (MCCC) and Flirty Fetishes installed and the pie menu duplication occurred as per the picture below...

I have the same thing but it's not just about romance. I have it on all menus. (I have MCCC, WW, BD, AEP and WP by Nisa K.)

Ok..., for me to be able to help you, I will need your cooperation and patience. You need to take the test before, when a Mod doesn't work, you need to make sure it's playing without other Mods. Because it's kind of boring to talk about a problem in the game that has nothing to do with the creator, without first being sure it's her Mod. (=^_^=)
What you are showing in your print is not likely to be a problem with this Mod. Because this Mod has a separate and exclusive pie menu, like WW and S.O.L (second print).
Now, let's go... ?
- If you mentioned that this is happening with MCCC, then test without MCCC.
- Are the MCCC (your Mods) updated according to your game version?
- Have you tried playing without MCCC (your Mods) to be sure?
- Also try the following, remove everything from your Mods folder (with the exception of the Mod and the resource.cfg file), even remove your CC/CPs folders, as I mentioned, leave only the Mod and the resource.cfg file. Start the game and a new family just for testing (don't use your existing family), again I say, it's just for testing. You can take any simple house or do as in my previous test print (make a simple room).
- Start the interactions, if the problem is gone, obviously it's a file in your Mods folder and when we talk about files, we're not just referring to the .ts4script files, as we'll remember that in this last game update, there were two .package files that caused problems in the game while everyone was thinking it was the traditional .ts4script.
- Now close your game and do the 50/50 method until the problem returns.
Because I played the Mod it's working normally and I downloaded it a few days ago (less than a week) and I didn't have any problem with it. If it was a problem with the Mod, it would also be the same with me and with all other players too. In the screenshot above I tested it with MCCC and here it worked normally. You can even notice in the print that it is a game (save) different from the previous print. 
So, whenever there is a problem with any Mod, it is recommended to always test only with it in the game without any other files (except resource.cfg) to make sure it is the Mod.
When the problem returns, obviously the problem is in one of the last folders you just placed. Repeat the 50/50 method on these last folders until you find the file. If it's a .package file and or some other Mod .ts4script, move them out of your Mods folder and see if there's a new update of them on their creators page. I also say the .package files recalling the chaos that was Waronck's "little bike" and Teknikah's "swim around in the pool" (which were two .package files that caused many problems in the game update as proof that it is not always a .ts4script file).

- See if all your Mods are updated according to your game version.
- Do the 50/50 method (including the .package file folders) until you find which Mod is causing it.
- Clear your caches and others if necessary.
- Follow the same procedure as I commented above.
