Ohhh i see, yeah the fella in the vid did mention he was using 2.93 which I have, but decided to use the newer 3.1 version, ill try it out on the older version and see what happens then thanks.

Another thing I try when just certain meshes refuse to load is to turn off “auto-load related meshes.”  Many times the mesh I want is compatible, but a related mesh isn’t.

Emma and Elie got a size increase while the others got a reduction. Elise's hair no longer clips into her chest. 

To install, replace the character folders from @Switch608's mod in bin/Win64/Mods. If you only want a specific character, the folder names are as follows:

Here is an update for my compatibility wrapper for @Switch608 nude mods so that they work in CS3 / CS4 / Hajimari with my skirt delete mod, now with compatibility files for @coomi versions.  Mainly needed for CS3, although there is a modified Altina.ini for fixing the shared hash issue for CS4 and Hajimari.  Enjoy!

Edit: I got n error, not sure what that means, im trying too import the model after the frame analysis dump, tried several times and retook the analysis dump but i keep getting the same error, not sure what im doing wrong but obviously something wrong.

 

Yeah, im stuck, i dont know what that error means and i cant import anything, i have installed the migoto addon for blender but im still getting this error xd

I forgot to mention too, in the video the guy imports the whole folder, that doesn’t work in these games because there are way too many meshes and some of them aren’t compatible. Only import the ones you need.

 Index of my CS4 tutorials and where to find my mod:

 

Tutorial time!  This time, let's get a model into Blender.  There's multiple ways to do this and this is my way.  I use this method (even though it takes up a lot more space) because it's really fast, and also allows me to do texture work if I need to.  (@Whayameen asked for more tights deletes, and they're coming!!)  This tutorial is meant for use with the 3Dmigoto configuration that comes with my unskirt mod installed (since mesh work requires compatibility with multiple vertex buffer injection).

1. Also install Paint.NET if you don't have it.  http://paint.net/

 

1. Set up your 3Dmigoto to dump textures.  Edit your d3dx.ini file (in TOCS4\bin\Win64).  Look for "analyse_options" - if you're using my plugin (which you should be), it's on line 481.  Set the options to "dump_vb dump_ib txt dump_tex dds"

2. Reload 3Dmigoto config by pressing F10 while in game.  Press F12 to enter hunting mode (the top of the screen should show the current marked shaders VS/PS etc).

 

3. Get your character in frame, and press F8 to dump the frame.  The game will momentarily freeze, then report where the frame dump was saved to.

4. Open the folder, and copy my "vb_merge.py" script into the folder.  Run the script.  It will take a minute to merge all the buffers.  A new folder "output" should now be in the folder, these are the buffers you will use.

5. Let's find the buffers you want!  If you want just 1-2 buffers, it's faster to use hunting mode, but in this tutorial we're going to grab a bunch.  (NOTE: The first time you do this, you won't see icons like my screen!  Open a texture file {*.dds} in Paint.NET, and select "always use this program" and it'll associate properly and show icons.)

Because we want to modify an outfit in this case, I'm going to ID the clothes and the body meshes by texture mapping.
- In the frame analysis folder, go into the "deduped" folder.
- Right click -> Sort By -> Type
- Right click -> View -> Large icons
- Find the textures you need, and copy down the hash (first 8 hexadecimal digits).  (The two I'm grabbing here are "65caf638" which has the legs and "57533639" which has the dress)

Go back into the frame dump folder, and search for the hashes.  Here are the results for 65caf638 and 57533639, for example.  Note the mesh numbers (different for every frame).  Based on the two sets of results, I'm going to try opening meshes 48-60.  Notice 56 and 57 aren't in my search results but I'm going to open them anyway - it's because the model is always in consecutive numbers so I know 56 and 57 are part of the model.

7. Open Blender.  Delete whatever is already there.  Go to File -> Import -> 3DMigoto frame analysis dump (vb.txt + ib.txt).  Select the relevant hashes (here I grabbed 48 through 60), and open.

(You'll notice there are a lot of duplicate hashes - I ended up deleting 49, 51, 53, 55, 58 and 60.)  Be careful with duplicate meshes, they're not identical.  Be sure to use the version with the most buffers, for example 48 has vb0-vb5 and 49 has vb0-vb4 so 48 is correct.  It's 99.9% of the time the first one - so if 48, 49, 81, and 82 are all identical, 48 would be the correct one pretty much every time.

 

Next time, we'll try injection!

Here's everyone else, excluding Alisa who I forgot to include in the picture. Sara, Sharon, Claire and Duvalie had small size changes, while the others got minor edits so that they don't look identical at a glance. The only one I haven't modified is Juna, who still uses the default body.

I'm trying too see if I can do Aurelia, iv never modded anything before and don't know if I will be successful or not but I'm following the tutorial on how to mod in 3DMigoto to make this happen, only thing I'm struggling with is importing the model I need to work on in blender, amorrow28 recently released a tutorial on how to do that and some tips so I just need to try it out again and follow the steps too the T tho it may take some time lol.

My hope is that eventually every girl that had a bathing towel costume gets a nude skin. If we can get that then I'd like to ask all the modders who worked on this if we could compile everything into a single. easily accessible mod for each game (CS3, 4 and Hajimari). I would also like to edit the game script (I know it's possible I just don't know how) to remove any mention of towels during the bathing scenes (I think it only comes up like two or three times) for immersion purposes and we could release it all as the "natural bathing mod" to turn all the bath scenes into proper nude scenes.

(Btw, this is off-topic but how do you make the inserted attached file normal sized? Like, the files I insert only gets a tiny box for some reason but everyone else's files have normal sized boxes with info and stuff. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. ?)

ps I have no idea regarding the box size. It always seems to start full size for me, and when I mark old versions obsolete, it shrinks for some reason. I think maybe because it needs to be inserted into its own line with no text? I dunno.

When using the unskirt, clear towel, base nude mod and the new adjusted body mod, the characters appear glitched in all cases beyond standard play. When running around, in battle and during cutscenes, they all look great. But when the 3D models appear in the text boxes, during the minigames and on the menu screen, they have distorted textures on their torsos. Is this a normal issue or did I somehow install something wrong? I used all of these mods minus the new nude mod together for quite a while and had no issue, so I assume this is due to the custom bodies. Its not a huge deal, I'm just curious if its something I did wrong or a known issue.

That's current expected behavior, and I don't really have any intention of fixing it (as I've stated multiple times before, I have no interest in supporting mods beyond my own, although I did make an exception to fix Juna's model in CS3).  It's possible to fix, but will require editing all the .ini files to map the textures to the proper pixel shaders because for some reason CS4 uses different texture mappings for in-menu vs in-game.  With the skirt deletes this isn't a huge issue (because I'm changing meshes and mostly leaving textures alone), but mapping textures can cause some very strange issues to pop up in game. It's very hit and miss, and troubleshooting these things has been very tedious.

 

In fact it's very likely that the next version of my skirt delete will remove support for previewing many texture changes on my own mod (e.g. tights deletes) due to the excessive artifacting.  I've managed to nail down CS3 for the most part, but I've really been struggling to fix the visual issues in CS4.  Once I finally beat the game, I'm going to strip all the code and rebase it.  I don't want to do so until I have access to the debug room though.

 

If you'd like it fixed, you're welcome to do so.  Simply open up one of my supported .ini files (for example AltinaTightsDelete.ini) and compare to the .ini files in the nude mods.  You'll see what needs to be changed.

 

EDIT: To be clear, I don't actually recommend fixing it.  It will cause more problems.  Probably what I'm going to do is make it so it looks like normal towels in the menu in the next version, so at least it doesn't look so crazy.

I was taking some shots in Bryonia Island and as soon as I saw this guy I was like "Yep, he's in." I'm glad people seem to like my screens because that's the only way my tiny peanut brain can contribute to this modding community ?

By the way, loving to see the progress you and @Switch608 are making on the models swaps! It would be pretty crazy if you two find a way to simplify that whole process. The concert is one thing, but imagine swapping Sara with Angie and making her do high kicks ?

No pressure though, after all you guys have already done an astounding amount of work already (for free!! sheeeesh!!!) so you could stop doing this today and it would be totally understandable. That being said, I do really want to see that final UnSkirt mod. But no pressure tho.

See if you can play Trails from Zero and Trails to Azure before playing CS3/CS4!  It's worth it for sure.
