Is there an edit mode like showrace for npc? At least I'm looking for a mod that I can edit inside the game.

He's asking if there's a way to edit non-player characters in-game, not edit the player character after creation.

As far as I know there is no way to have a showracemenu for NPC but you can change a lot of the body with Standalone EFF Cosmetic Menu https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/93112 but cant make any changes on the face for that you can make a new character in racemenu and import that onto an NPC by using the creation kit or alter the existing face in creation kit.

Thanks garry but I tried it on Skyrim LE version, installed it correctly, and when I tried it on NPC, I can't control the game.

I use the SSE version of the mod and i have not faced any issues you could check the forum posts over on nexus to pinpoint the problem. another option would be Alternate actors   https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/36047 . I have not used the mod myself so i don't know how it works but if EFF dosen't work out you could give it a try

You might want to take a look at https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/106919 as a potential option. It is at least a little less buggy, resource demanding, complicated and flaky than Familiar Faces. (Familiar Faces is fun for a few hours then all the problems tend to become too much.)
