Wicked Whims fatal error help

Every time I try to play, I get this error.  I've deleted and reinstalled WW several times and it always comes up with this error. Can someone tell me what's going on?

It's telling you the problem....did you unzip the WW file? is your virus scanner blocking script files?....have you put WW too deep in the mods folder? 

check all the above.

Nope. I just unzipped it into the mod folder like I usually do.  I can see both the files there, but it keeps saying that one is missing.  I don't use folders to organize because I tried it once when I first got the game only to see that it was a waste of time.  I've downloaded WW a few times thinking that it was something with the zip, but it's not.  This is the first time that this has happened.  My antivirus has never detected an issue with WW and it doesn't seem to be doing it now.

 

I know that with WW, there is also a folder in the zip.  I moved those out of the folder as well and placed them straight into the mods folder, and I get this each time.

Ok....So you just have the 2 ww files in your mods folder? script file and tuning pkg?....ok check you don't have duplicate ww files....
