I have tried the Cas modify in a separate folder, as well as a folder with the Mikkoi mods, I have set the Wicked body modifier correctly. Can't get it to work. Please help, sorry for being a noob in this regard. Edit: I have also tried making a completely new sim. I see Allures Nipple pack, but that's it under tattoos. Edited July 14, 2021 by TheBabaaYaga

I am reasonably experienced with installing mods, so I don't think it's about you being a noob :-P. Perhaps it's some incompatibility with another mod? It's the first time this happened with me. If I could make a request, do you think you could add some belly/labia textures that would work for chubby and bbw sims? Nothing too crazy, just something like my posted examples that insinuates a bit of fupa or belly rolls. If that's not your thing, I totally understand. I appreciate your hard work all the same! There is no special animation associated with having the artlover trait so I don't see how the vagina spread would happen or take place in game. There is not special replacement for artlover in CAS either and yes, I have the mods installed.
