What is the correct number of sex mods to use, so that they all work properly. Also for sex animation, should I use only one modders mod or multiply sex animation mods.

Thanks

there is no "correct" Number. There are compatible and none compatible mods. Everything else depends on your Computer and load order.

You can use more then one Animation Pack, just keep an Eye out for the maximum Number of Animations Fnis can handle. There are  a lot of articles about that and on how to mod your Game more stable. Best way to start: Reading, set up your Base Mods for Sexlab and test run your game every 4 or 5 Mods to see if you are still be able to start and play the game.

Gukahn nailed it. I just want to add that one thing you should be careful about during selection of SL related content and be on the watch for non SE (ie LE) animations and other SL related tools. This is because in terms of "adult content"  and LL, there can often be a mix of sources (both SE and LE download content offered in a given mods' download section), or we just don't pay attention to the fact that the link we found to get <insert mod name> points to LE content, and LE animation packs will most often cause issues, as will other LE versions of mods we want to incorporate into Skyrim SE.

So be vigilant about making sure you've grabbed the right file. There are VERY few LE mods that will work in Se right out of the box. Rule of thumb, do not install LE mods (again , there are exceptions, but in my experience, they're generally publicly documented as such in the mod description)

And make sure you pay close attention to requirements expected to be in place before you install a given mod too. from my forum reading over the past two years, that's another problem-source that is often ignored.

between the two, I'd say that they represent over half the issues I see pop up in help fora wrt this general topic.
