While there are many tweaks I could suggest it would probably be simpler and faster to suggest that you look at this:

https://www.loverslab.com/blogs/entry/7521-conglomerate-01-installing-skyrim-stability-fixes-tools/

It is a collection of tools and tips for people who are having CTD and/or infinite loading screen or even just issues with performance with their Skyrim LE game.

I've already seen that, didn't help unfortunately.

Either you haven't read it or you haven't understood it. A quick look at your load order is enough to see that.

If you want to run a modded Skyrim with lots of dangly bits then you will have to read and think a lot. There is no one-click solution.

The fact that you have SexLab Nude Creatures means that either you 1) don't have the latest version of More Nasty Critters or 2) you didn't read the material that comes with MNC which tells you that you don't need it. It is also a common cause of CTD. Go back and bring MNC up to date and, if you have anything in your load order that says SexLab Nude Creatures in it - delete it.

Tried it, crashed again, unfortunately

Post the text from your enblocal.ini

There.

Try disabling:

1) Evil Lair of Hydra

2) FNIS Sexy Move and

3) your bashed patch and see how that works.

I've disabled them and no crash yet, that might've been it, still testing though.

All of this points to a badly configured Skyrim.

How long have you used RealVison ENB and how long have you been having this problem?

I don't know much about ENBs but I had a quick look at the Realvision page. It seems overly complicated to set up and also quite old. What I would do is remove the ENB completely and set up ENBoost just to see whether I had a stable game.

You will need these:

Crash fixes
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/72725/

SKSE Plugin Preloader
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/75795/?

ENBoost (If you are using an ENB preset then you should already have this but it can be used without a preset).
https://wiki.step-project.com/ENBoost

Bethini (This will set your Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini files)   <------ Use this to set your inis back to defaults.
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/69787

Load Game CTD Fix (Stops Infinite Loading Screen (ILS)
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/85443/

The above tools will sort out your memory management and stop 99% of CTDs.

FYI Papyrus logs are virtually useless for troubleshooting CTD problems. Load orders can help but aren't great either.

I installed Load Game CTD Fix, reinstalled ENBoost and used BethINI (I already had the other mods you recommended), now it crashes as soon as I load a game and when I try to start a new game it crashes as soon as I go to bed (Live Another Life mod)

Its still crashing, also I've been playing Skyrim SE, I switched to LE recently so I've been using RealVision and I've been having this problem since I started modding LE

Its still crashing,

Then there is something fundamentally wrong with your set up. If you ran SE then I'll assume you have the hardware for LE.

Option1.  Double-double-double-check your settings in enblocal.ini run Bethini and set things at normal or medium (whatever it is called).

https://wiki.step-project.com/ENBoost

Option 2. Uninstall everything and start again making sure the vanilla game is stable before loading it with mods.

So in 15 hours you have uninstalled Skyrim and all your mods; reinstalled and tested Skyrim; and then reinstalled 90 mods? Amazing.

You still have SLNC so you have not learned anything here. @Psalam mentioned SLNC in post #6.

Also still in there is 58 3a     ContinueGameNoCrash.esp. If you had bothered to read the description page of Load Game CTD Fix you would have seen that this is the successor to CGNC.

You are doing something wrong. The blog @Psalam linked or the five tools I linked will get you a solid, stable game.
