Request: Player House Mods for Oblivion

Can someone recomend me some Player Houses Mods for Oblivion?

 because finding them can seem too hard and i get lazyness looking for them in nexus and trying to not getting confused

 

Also if you want to put more than one or put the link or just chat feel free to do

DLC  battlehorncastle with guards and servants.

DLCVileLair:  a cave  if you play a vampire or "bad" guy.

DLCThieves Den :  a cave with  you own pirates

DLC  Frostcrag: a Mage tower.

I could say that a big house should be good but small ones are fine too because i don't look very much in spaces and that kind of things im just very new for oblivion modded community, also thanks for sharing.
