I'm seeing a lot of refernces to Basemental Drugs and Nisa's Wicked Perversions, so make sure both mods are up to date. Also delete "localthumbcache.package", found in "Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4".

If that doesn't do the trick, look into your "saves" folder and delete the folders for those two mods. Apparently, recent mod updates are once again slightly prone to save data corruption (only mod-related data, don't worry). You can make a backup copy of your saves first, if you want to be...well, safe.

Make sure you have any Kawaii Stacie mods updated or remove them.

i made updates on basemental and wickedperv and i dont have more LE messages but some of the sims are having like back problems and the arms looks like they carrying something, something with body details mod are missing or having errors?

Certain body sliders can cause this and in my case it was a belly slider.

Don't think EA's CAS knows how to handle certain non standard sliders or possibly 'out of range' settings.

But chances are it's a mod causing it and not something missing.

Still i cant find what is happening i think i will be installing all the mods 1 by 1 to see what is the mod that is causing the trouble, i checked the sliders mod and are updated so idk what is the issue haha

Sliders being updated has nothing to do with it.

Just that Sliders can cause it and nothing will fix it but removing them.

They'res nothing wrong with testing other mods too but I'd start by removing the body sliders first..

Tbh....Personally I think slider mods are a waste of time...constantly going wrong or causing problems....a waste of disc space

Body sliders I'd agree but I like some of the facial sliders because EA has such a crappy selection.

Only ever used body ones....chest seperation and bottom ones....but if you find ones that work well then go for it

CMARS yup forgot about that one I also have.

 

But I did have problems before when I had the same sliders installed from 2 different authors unknowingly.

Plus 2 different versions from the same author with different filenames that used the same slot.

They were causing my female sims to spawn with their top half missing sometimes.

Strange thing is they worked fine for quite some time until after the ECO patch and the EP was installed.

Quite difficult to find since I hadn't added anything new and sliders normally don't need updates after game patches.

 

So I'm far more careful now when adding anything new into game.
