1. Now, i know this is Lightning's armor but all i found online are armors with pauldrons etc etc

 cant seem to find the lightning armor like the Screenie attached below. Could someone tell me where to get it(and is it CBBE/cbbe bbp/HDt heels)? Thanksrmor attached below

Second. Elewin thread will open that those sucker will never post. They(or avatar of elewin?) post only complex and popular thread and think no more answer than "gone with wind" and some time later again post elewin sucking. :)

I know I've seen that dress back in the first ginormous thread, back around...page 800 or so? It's been a while. I think it was Sugar or something similar from Renderosity. I could very well be wrong. (Wouldn't be the first time!)

I'm new to Skyrim modding in general but I feel bad about Elewin, seems the mods on the nexus are ban happy. I actually enjoyed Elewin's teasing screens on the nexus. Even though we could not have what she (or she not entirely sure sorry Elewin D;) I know she or he worked hard to get that mod in to Skyrim. Every one can bitch and moan all they want Elewin was a fucking legend.

 

Except that her mods weren't anything to write home about and I certainly don't think she deserves any praise for them.

 

You want characters like hers? Open Nifskope, change Gloss to 1000, done. Same effect can be created in 30 seconds with some ENB tweaking.

 


I'm not claiming her character was the best, I know about the glossiness and spec maps though thanks :) But I'm saying the outfits were spectacular. I loved every single piece Elewin presented. Every one is so strict on the whole "lore friendly" bit I couldn't help but love Elewin's pieces.

 

 

 

I don't really want to pick this up again but I think this is one of the problems why she got hyped to the moon and we have to deal with those requests the whole time, people are simply misinformed.

 

I am not saying that she isn't skilled in what she does (some of her texture work looked pretty good) but people should really stop praising her outfits so much because most of them AREN'T EVEN HER OUTFITS.

 

They are ported Poser/Daz3D meshes as Endiness has proven by linking to the original of pretty much every outfit she "created" and shaping a mesh to another body is not that much of a deal, hell even I can do that and I'm horrible at working with 3ds max.
 

And that also explains all the secrecy about her mods and why her website can only be accessed by getting a direct link to it, she will get her ass sued if her "work" attracts too much attention.

Now to do something else than ranting. Anybody found a UNP texture that is...well...not that blurry? Right now I'm using Navetsea's diffusemap and the normalmap of SG textures because it's higher quality than Navetsea's normal but I'm not even nearly satisfied with the outcome...or maybe I just fucked up when compressing the diffuse and the whole blurryness is my fault.

Page back post #2178 posted awnsers to the first one. It's the protype sugar armor the armor has been custom converted to the body size and the texture was either free textures from renderosity/daz/poser or  http://www.sharecg.com/b/11/Poser/?s=dd&pn=4 or they bought them and used them.
