After doing some digging, I found the source of this image, with a list of all the mods involved:

Okay, recently finished got like loads of free time to spare and I've decided it's time for second take on Skyirm. I'm done with tough vikings and want to play cute female as old times in Oblivion I'll go with few questions of my own, sorry if they repeat, but yeah, that's how dumb I am.

To me this looks like nothing more than 3 resized nords and a character that kind of resembles Mikasa. I'm also pretty sure noone in the Recon Squad fights in a short skirt and high heels.

@Skyrim Superior CTD would probably be caused by BBP if you already have a BBP then it will cause a CTD I have no BBP and outfit doesn't cause a CTD. The outifit has BBP I have never had BBP installed and have never had a CTD by wearing armors with BBP without it. Only body size I have ever had trouble with is UNPB.

Already solved the problem on page 219 (you can read the whole thing there), I actually needed some kind of skeleton that supports certain animations.

I have no BBP skeletons installed and have many types of BBP body type armors installed CBBE/UNP and have never had any CTD's only armor I can't wear is UNPB so I don't waste time on that body size.

Well, my body has always been UNP (just plain UNP without anything else). But somehow, only the Princess of Flowers gave me a CTD when I put on the torso part. So, they suggested me to use that skeleton (which fixed the CTD issue, to be honest I really don't want to install that skeleton). So yeah, not sure why only that outfit gave me CTD (probably because it's Japanese).
